Fallout 4 has gone gold! And you can buy themed beer! Wait, what?!

Bethesda Game Studios has announced the completion of Fallout 4. That’s right, the game we’ve been waiting 8 years for has officially gone gold! Rejoice!

Bethesda announced the news with a pretty great tweet, which is directly below.

Yep, as you can see Fallout 4 has literally been wrapped. As I’m sure you all know and are eagerly awaiting, Fallout 4 launches on November 10th, which is to become known as “the day everyone took off work”.

In other Fallout news, albeit a tad more bizarre, Bethesda has teamed up with Carlsberg UK, former sponsor of Liverpool Football Club, to produce Fallout Beer. The alcoholic beverage, “inspired by Vault-Tec Industries,” is available on Amazon UK from November 5, 2015. Check it out:

“This is something of a world-first. Adult participation in video gaming is a truly social activity, on a par with cinema and music,” says Bruce Ray, corporate affairs director at Carlsberg UK. “We’re proud to work with Bethesda to produce a beer Fallout fans can enjoy.”

Fallout Beer will have an alcohol percentage of 4% and have a “refreshing zesty hoppy taste and a floral aroma.” The drink is only available on Amazon and only customers aged 18 and over will be able to purchase it.

Additionally, Fallout Shelter is currently offering limited time Halloween gear, so if you want to get some spooky wares, head down into the vault before the end of the month.
