2K Teases New Bioshock Announcement

2K Games release tweets that give a glimmer of hope to Bioshock fans. But what could this mean?!

Being a massive Bioshock fan I was sad to see Irrational Games shut down earlier this year, but remained positive about what Ken Levine and his team of 15 people at 2K would bring to us in the future.

However, their tweets from the 24th of July took us by surprise, exciting us with images from Rapture; the world we thought we had said our goodbyes to!

2K’s international Twitter account teased fans with two tweets of the same image; a raunchy ‘adults exotic dancing venue’ called Eve’s Garden, which some people may remember from exploring the vast world of Rapture. The first tweet simply read ‘#Discuss’, and the second, “Oooo, what COULD this mean?!” What flirts!

Eve’s Garden is found in Fort Frolic in Bioshock, where you encounter the ghost of Jasmine Jolene, the most well-known performer of this adult club as well as the former mistress of Andrew Ryan. It can also be explored within Bioshock 2‘s multiplayer mode.

So what is the meaning of these tweets? I’m afraid I’m just as clueless as you are. Perhaps it’s hinting towards the definite make of a Bioshock game for PlayStation Vita, or maybe they simply aren’t ready to put Rapture to rest yet.

All I have to respond to this is: #somanyfeels!
