Kirby Triple Deluxe Guide: Level 1-3 Keychain and Sun Stone Locations

Need the locations of all the keychains and sun stones in level 1-3 of Kirby Triple Deluxe? I got you covered!

Level 1-3 in Kirby Triple Deluxe makes even more use of the game’s tilt mechanic by making you line things up in time. It’s also use on this level to line up rockets to destroy blocks. Boulders drop to make it more difficult to get through the level. Hypernova is also used again, along with another wrecking ball you have to use correctly to reach one of the sun stones.

This level has two keychains, one rare keychain, and four sun stones. I’ll cover each location, including where they are and what to do when you get there.

This guide will go over every keychain and sun stone location in level 1-3 including:

  • Keychain Locations – Each location and how to get there.
  • Sun Stone Locations – Each location and how to get there.
1st Keychain Location (Rare)
  • The first area with grass. Cut the grass, make sure you have the right Kirby type, until you see a warp star.
  • Take it to the background, then head right until you see it. You have to hit the bomb block to reach it.

1st Sun Stone Location
  • This is in the rocket firing area. The second rocket, which has three rockets on it, has to destroy all the rocks.
  • The bottom area has the sun stone.

2nd Keychain Location
  • This is after the rocket area. There’s a ledge with grass that a boulder repeatedly drops on. Cut the grass to show the keychain. Be careful not to get smashed.

2nd Sun Stone Location
  • This is after the boulder ledge keychain. Go right until you see a one star door
  • Go in and take the fire upgrade if you aren’t already Fire Kirby.
  • Light the beginning of the rope, then jump in the cannon.
  • Tilt the block until it lines up with the rope that’s on fire.
  • After it is lit, line it up with the other rope that’s connected to your cannon. It will blast you to the top to reach the sun stone.

3rd Sun Stone Location
  • This is after you get Hypernova. Head right until see three stages of logs.
  • Get to the top, swallow the enemy when his tail is facing you, then go through the log to reach the one star door.
  • After going through the door, go to the top and pull the wrecking ball until it fully charges. If you do it right, the wall gets destroyed and not just falls over.
  • Go past the destroyed wall and drop down to a chest that has the sun stone.

3rd Keychain Location
  • Right after leaving the area with the third sun stone. Swallow the huge enemies and block to make the keychain appear.

4th Sun Stone Location
  • You can’t miss this one. It is to the left of the ending door.

That’s all the keychain and sun stone locations for level 1-3. If you have any questions about anything, please let me know in the comments!
