The Division Patch 1.0.2 fixes issues across all platforms

Patch 1.0.2 of The Division was released a few days ago. It's pretty big.

Tom Clancy’s The Division patch 1.0.2 was released on March 21, 2016, and it’s a massive one.

Most of what was addressed in the patch were bug fixes and balances to gameplay. Skill power is no longer increased permanently when the Death by Proxy talent is in use, and experience is now awarded to those who complete all side quests in the Midtown East safehouse.

Here’s an overview of the patch taken from the UbiBlog:

“For starters, named enemies will now drop better loot in Challenge mode than they will in the game’s hard mode. Additionally, named NPCs will no longer respawn in the open world, preventing players from farming that particular NPC for loot. Meanwhile, in the Dark Zone, players can fast travel to checkpoints, but only from outside the Dark Zone and players killed in the Dark Zone will now drop ammo, medkits, and grenades (which will not be taken from the killed player’s inventory).”

On top of the Dark Zone features just described, players can now heal other neutral players in the Dark Zone using First Aid and Support Station skills. Items extracted from the Dark Zone are now properly described as “new” items when moved to a player’s inventory, and the Dark Zone funds and Experience rewards from surviving Rogue status and killing rogue agents have been improved.

Bug fixes were also implemented across PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of the game. The PC game client now keeps track of PC graphic settings and applies optimal settings for the player’s configuration. Players can now reconnect to servers after suspending the game on Xbox One. On PlayStation 4, an issue where the ISAC volume would get a bit loud when playing with a headset has also been rectified.
