StarCraft II Servers Going Global

(And by “other regions”, I mean the Korean server.)

StarCraft II losing its spot to LoL as the big video game in South Korea may lead to Blizzard making some surprising decisions over the coming months.

Many fans feel the game isn’t being treated well by Blizzard, and the ability to switch between international servers is a feature that most competetive PC games have these days. Maybe they’ve been slacking off because they felt that SC2 couldn’t be beaten in Korea.

Too bad it has already been beaten.

Being able to switch servers is great news for any avid StarCraft II player. Hopefully Bliz will take more action toward actually improving the game and getting it up to par. SC: Broodwar was (in my most humble opinion) the best and most balanced video game of all time. It almost physically pains me to see where SC2 is today in comparison to where it was a few years ago.
