FFXIV - Food Guide with Stats for Tank Classes

The parry and vitality you can get from foods is serious business.

by 7 months ago

The following foods are those that are ideal for tanking classes (Marauder, Gladiator, Warrior, and Paladin) in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. Parry is one of the most important stats for the protectors of Eorzea's less hardy citizens, as such each of the foods below contains parry.

Some damage dealing-oriented foods may be useful for tanks as well. Check out the DPS food list and look for foods with vitality, accuracy, and skill speed. If you are looking for something in particular, be sure to 'Ctrl+F' to search!

Under this main list is a smaller text-only list of each of these foods in order of highest parry to lowest.
