Duke Nukem 3D: Hail to the King Collection Is Coming To Android

Duke Nukem 3D is coming to Android in Duke Nukem 3D: Hail To The King Collection.

It’s been awhile since we’ve heard the name Duke Nukem, but newly created Voidpoint looks to change that. This is with the release of Duke Nukem 3D: Hail to the King Collection. This collection brings together more Duke than any collection in the past. You will get to experience the PC, Nintendo 64, and PlayStation versions of Duke Nukem 3D and all three expansions: Duke It Out in D.C., Duke Caribbean: Life’s a Beach, and Duke: Nuclear Winter. All of these games have been recreated to look better and new control schemes have been added for touchscreen play. Also on top of this mountain of content, the games will have controller support.

It’s hard to believe so much content can be brought to mobile, as nothing this large has ever come to Android as one application. It will be interesting to see how they price this collection. I can see it coming out as a collection where you buy each individual game separately, or one very large collection, where you pay for the entire thing up front. It would be amazing news if it were the latter and you got all the content at once, but this leaves the possibility of a very high store front price.

As for now the price is uncertain, but as a big Duke Nukem fan, I can see this becoming a day 1 buy for me.
