Titanfall may well be one of the biggest releases of this year, coming exclusively to the Xbox One and PC. But if the game itself wasn’t enough to get you as excited as we are, then you might want to consider lavishing your Xbox One with a limited edition Titanfall controller.
Microsoft has released images of what the specially designed controller will look like, and it looks fantastic. Despite the very grungy look of the game itself, the controller is very bright, sharp, and very striking. Like the standard Xbox One controller, it will also boast all the standard features, including analogue stick vibration, wireless capability, and an overall lighter and ergonomic feel compared to its Xbox 360 counterpart.
“In a collaborative effort with the Xbox design team and the Respawn art department, our goal was to create a controller that feels as if it is a piece of military spec hardware transported from the universe of Titanfall and into players hands,” says Joel Emslie, Lead Artist at Respawn Entertainment.
The controller will be available through exclusive outlets only, such as Game in the UK who are also offering the controller in a bundle along with the game.
