One Up- A Game That Encourages Stealing

One Up is a new multiplayer word game made by the guys at Oneupmanship.com. It is not your ordinary word game.  In this game, there are no turns, everybody is playing at the same time and you get more points by stealing from your friends.

You start out with a shared pool of tiles that are face down and one by one you turn them over revealing the letter on the other side.  Once somebody spots a word in the jumble they get the points for that word.  More tiles are flipped and new words are made, or letters from your word can be stolen and used by your friends.
