Rockstar Confirms GTA V Coming to the PC and Current Gen Systems

It finally happened! Rockstar confirms exciting news for Grand Theft Auto 5 fans!

In a surprise announcement via the YouTube video above, Rockstar has confirmed that Grand Theft Auto 5, the award winning hit from last year for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, will be released on the PC, Xbox One, and PS4.

This announcement comes after the 2014 Sony E3 conference initially revealed the game’s move to next-gen systems.

After a ton of speculation and rumors galore, us PC players can finally get our hands on the title. While the game had great visuals for a last-gen game, it’ll be interesting to see what it looks, and plays, like on the current gen systems. It’ll be even more interesting to see it running gloriously at a constant 60 frames per second.

There’s no exact release date for it yet, but Rockstar’s YouTube channel states that it is coming this fall.

My Take:

This is big news for GTA and open-world fans who, like me, would rather play these games at the best possible settings.

Are you excited for the enhanced editions of GTA V? Are you looking forward to the PC release?
