Breath of the Wild’s Guardian Amiibo’s Box Art Just Got Revealed

Guardian Amiiibo is coming, in all its tendril-y goodness!

This week’s been great for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild news, but the fun doesn’t stop with amiibo features and plot trailers. Today, Nintendo has submitted a Children’s Product Certificate (in compliance to the The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) with our first official look at the Guardian Amiibo’s box art, and needless to say it looks pretty awesome!

According to the document, the Guardian amiibo started its manufacturing in November of 2016, likely to ensure that there are plenty of these mini-statuettes ready for consumers in March 2017 when Breath of the Wild launches. However, knowing Nintendo of America’s past failures to meet demand with the NES Classic Edition and amiibo before, we should probably avoid getting our hopes up too high.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Guardian Amiibo will be the first amiibo in Nintendo’s line to have moving parts. It was originally revealed during E3 at Nintendo’s Breath of the Wild event.

What do you think of the Guardian Amiibo? Are you going to try to grab one for yourself or has Breath of the Wild yet to take your breath away? Leave your thoughts in the comments below!
