FFXIV – Complete Armorer Ingredient Guide List

Armor ingredient list for the lazy!

Hello, Armorers! Welcome to (what I hope to be) a complete list of recipe ingredients, how to obtain them, and their prices if sold at vendors.

Recommended Videos

This guide is outdated as of the 2.1 patch! I will be fixing it all up once I can. Please check my FFXIV guide list for updates. Sorry for the inconvenience!

The ingredients for Armorer recipes are more or less straightforward, with the exceptions sitting in the ‘Equipment’ portion of this list. Many of the primary components Armors can make can also be made by Blacksmiths, though those that exclusive to the class are often used as components in the recipes of other tradecrafts.

Before looking below
  • Ingredients are sorted by their functional type (not seen in-game, but personal opinion) and are further sorted in alphabetical order.
  • Listings that simply say “vendors” can be found at a variety of NPCs, often tradecraft suppliers in each city. These NPCs are not individually noted.
  • A listing noted with (*) gives a link to monster drop information found on either Gamer Escape or XIVDB, depending on the exact information needed.

And with that, you are free to continue!

(With 2.1 just about here/here depending on you read this, you need to know that the information contained in these guides is going to be slightly out of date for up to 36 hours, depending on how quickly I can obtain and update the information in each guide. Please note the powerleveling guides will be INEFFECTIVE until XP numbers have been updated and I have recalculated everything. Enjoy 2.1 and sorry for the inconvenience!)
