Project Diva F May Be Heading to North America and Europe

Does Sega have the guts to localize Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F?

A Project Diva game coming to the West? Aw man, let’s do this!

Sega’s Facebook page urges those of you wanting to see Hatsune Miku and friends on store shelves in North America and Europe to like and share the page to show their support. Go do it!

The game in question is Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F, the most recent addition to the series that saw a PS Vita and and PlayStation 3 release in Japan. The PS3 version packs in new customization modules and six new songs over its Vita counterpart.

Is it possible that Sega is already planning to localize the game, or does liking and sharing the page actually have an impact on whether the title will be localized? We’ll have to see, but this is great news for rhythm game fans starved of the genre. This is also the best piece of news Miku fans could have asked for, as Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F will mark the first Western release of a game from the series.
