A brief description of the features and plot of the Mech Land Assault was posted on Steam earlier today. Players will be able to pilot and drive Mechs in Medici, grab and smash helicopters out of the sky, use the Force Pulse attack on tanks, earn upgrades in Mech challenges, and more. The content pack also has a new energy weapon called the Bavarium Power Core rifle, and will allow players to earn upgrades in Mech arena challenges.

Mech Land Assault takes Rico Rodriguez to the new island of Lacrima, home to an abandoned eDen research base and a prison camp run by the mysterious Black Hand. Defended by huge powerful Mechs, Rico will need the new Bavarium Power Core rifle to disable their shields and hijack them. Once inside, Rico can use their powerful cannons and the GRIP Gravity Guns to hurl and smash the enemy into pieces.”

Mech Land Assault will cost $11.99 and the entire Expansion Pass is available for $24.99.
