It seems that quite a large number of people are liking Square Enix’s latest mobile game Final Fantasy Record Keeper. Today Square Enix has announced their new game has been downloaded over 1 million times. Pretty impressive considering the game has only been out for two weeks.

To celebrate the occasion, they plan to give out 1 free mithril (an in-game currency) every day from April 11th to April 16th. This gives players a chance to stock up to try for some new gear.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to try Final Fantasy Record Keeper, I highly recommend it. The entire game is based around going back through different iterations of the Final Fantasy series and sort of re-creating classic fights. There is a standard free-to-play style stamina system that will block you if you play too much in one sitting, but I have yet to run into that problem or any situation where I felt like I had to pay money to get anywhere in the game. This game is definitely worth checking out if you haven’t yet.
