TT Games has announced the official release date for Lego Marvel’s Avengers. In North America the game is to be released on January 26, 2016 and, in Europe, on January 29, 2016. The game will release on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Wii U, 3DS, Windows PC, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
The gameplay demo shows off numerous old faces, and introduces quite a few new ones. Not only do we have the Avengers featured in the previous game (Black Widow, Hawkeye, Thor, Captain America, Iron Man, and Hulk), but we also get to play around with Vision, the infamous Stan-buster, and Quicksilver.
In an interview with Gamereactor, Arthur Parsons, the director of the game, said there would be over 100 characters not previously featured in Lego Marvel Super Heroes.
Though the date has been pushed back from the expected release this holiday season, Lego Marvel’s Avengers looks like a must play for all Lego fans and True Believers.
