Lightning, Where You At? Extended FFXIII Trailer

Seriously, Lightning? You're still not here?!

The Tokyo Game Show may have provided a few FF squeals in the form of a Lightning ‘Yuna’ cosplay, but by this point I am fairly convinced that all of this is being done by the devious minds at Square Enix to stop me from hunting down details on Final Fantasy XV….but I will let that one go for now.  What Square Enix did have on hand, however, was plenty of extra info on Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.

I know what you’re thinking…Lightning still isn’t here yet? I always thought Lightning was a bit of a diva, but apparently she took some time off from her busy schedule cosplaying in order to show her face in a new trailer.

The new extended trailer for Lightning Returns shows a few more of Lightning’s in-game combat moves, and we also get to see some of the game’s more action-oriented cut scenes. Snow also gets some screen time!

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will hit PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on Feb. 11, 2014 in the U.S.
