If you are not familiar with Super Mario Bros Crossover, let me break it down:

You are in the world of Super Mario Bros, collecting coins, avoiding goombas; but you get to play as various characters from Nintendo’s universe, like Link and Samus. Each character has their own special moves, specific to their game. How amazing is that?!

Super Mario Bros Crossover is a Flash game available for play on Exploding Rabbit.

Super Mario Bros Crossover 3.0 has gained a few updates over the original that even the pickiest of you can enjoy. The developers at Exploding Rabbit have added levels from the obscure Super Mario Bros Special, from Japan. Once limited by technical limitations, Super Mario Bros Special can be enjoyed through Crossover since it has been developed into a more user-friendly system.

Although the trailer focuses on the combination of the 1986 Super Mario Bros Special, the game also features difficulty levels and new characters to control, like Peach as seen in the trailer.

Can’t wait for the game to come out? Visit Exploding Rabbit for more information on the game and forum discussions. I also suggest checking out Super Mario Bros Crossover 2.1 for some gameplay in the meantime.
