Exciting news for Square Enix!
Two titles from Square Enix that were showcased at E3 2013 have earned their spot on RPGFan’s list of best of show awards. The games selected were Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII for the best traditional RPG, and Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn for the best MMORPG.
Square Enix USA was proud to announce their achievements on Twitter this afternoon.

The Featured Games:
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is the upcoming action role-playing game and anticipated conclusion to the Final Fantasy XIII series. Players will only have thirteen days to decide what they will accomplish and who they wish to save as they explore the game’s open-world layout.
Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is the fourteenth game in the franchise and the second Final Fantasy title (following Final Fantasy XI) to be an MMORPG. Players will customize avatars and explore the world of Eorzea in order to unite the world’s various nation states and prepare for war against the Garlean Empire.
