While we’re waiting for that lovely Shadow of the Colossus reboot, Iconoclasts is looking to scratch that boss fight itch. Released today, January 23rd, this action-platformer will having you playing as a mechanic named Robin, and you’ll fight over 20 bosses in this adorable pixel art action game. The official PlayStation blog further details the gameplay, stating that players will “learn to master Robin’s wrench. It can do what you expect, like twist your classic bolt, but also can be used to protect yourself from projectiles, and deflect attacks back at your opponents.”
The wrench isn’t all Robin is equipped with, however. The blog further goes on to reveal that Robin uses a stun gun which the player can upgrade, as well as a focus on the player using the variety of weapon forms to tackle the myriad of bosses.
