The Estonian developers of ZombieRun recently announced their retro platformer is available on Steam.
An old school video game made to put the sexy back in local multiplayer gaming, ZombieRun tasks gamers with defeating a horde of hungry zombies using their reflexes, wits, and guns.
Many modern gamers will find ZombieRun fun, for a few minutes or as a change-of-pace. This video game has simple looking monsters, but the Solo, Co-op, Split-screen, and Battle modes gave me goosebumps.
Players also have superpowers to help destroy monsters, but you’ll want to dig a joystick out of the closet to play this video game. This makes killing a zombie or two in the different game modes more fun and offers more game play options.
The times of killing zombies solo for days on end is over for many young gamers just getting into the fun and excitement of playing video games. Sure we play alone at times, but modern gamers are social players and friend, family and even strangers are both possible team mates and foes.
Social gamers that want to kill zombies check out ZombieRun on Steam. You can even challenge other players in Battle mode, if they start to get on your nerves.
