There are Skyshards scattered all over the world in Elder Scrolls Online. Skyshards provide additional skill points than just getting them from leveling up. Every 3 Skyshards gives 1 skill point.
Bleakrock Isle is in the Ebonheart Pact and optional after completing the tutorial. You get there by accepting a quest to help out right after completing the tutorial. Each slide will show the location in the world and I'll explain how to get there.
This slide shows each Skyshard location on the map so you know the general area to head to. Green is Hozzin's Folly, red is Orkey's Hollow, and blue is Skyshroud Barrow.

High atop the shrouded Barrow
This Skyshard is at the top of Skyshroud Barrow, the entrance where you complete the quest there.
- Go to Skyshroud Barrow's location on the map, then just follow the steps until you reach the top.
- It is on the western side behind a wall.
A Hollow victory behind the iceflows
This Skyshard is near the entrance to Orkey's Hollow, where the Frozen Man quest is.
- Head to the NPC at a camp outside of Orkey's Hollow.
- Go east past the NPC until you reach the Skyshard. It's located at a wall near a campfire.
To dig too deep would be no Folly
The final Skyshard is inside the mine at Hozzin's Folly.
- After arriving at Hozin's Folly, complete the quest up to the point where you have to go into the mine.
- Just follow the mine until you reach it. As long as you follow the path, you can't miss it.
