Thank goodness for the modding community. What would Skyrim be without them?
The modders on Skyrim Nexus sacrifice a good chunk of their time to make sure we aren't lacking in giant breasts, exorbitant gore, and kinky harems. And their NSFW mods are some of the most successful on the site. They know what the people want - and it's usually boobs.
In honor of the modders who've gotten their hands dirty on our behalf, we're counting down the top 10 most popular NSFW mods on Skyrim Nexus. And we're betting you already know what most of them are for.
But before we jump in, it's worth noting that many of the most popular mods on Skyrim Nexus do very similar things. At the time of writing, there are four different body remodel mods in the top 20 alone. To minimize repeats, we're going to group extremely similar (but equally popular) mods into one slide. That leaves more room for girls, man bits, and gore - you know, stuff that matters.

Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Edition
Modder: Caliente
A lot of you probably use this mod already. This is the most popular body replacement mod for Skyrim. Lots of other mods use it as a basis for remodeling armor and clothing.
Beautiful Bodies not only allows you to fully customize a revamped (and anatomically correct) version of the female body, it also changes the body of every female NPC so they're a little less...angular. And it removes the permanent underwear on all characters - unless you opt for the never nude version. We don't know why you would, though.
To fully customize your slammin' new bod, you'll also need Caliente's BodySlide mod. But appreciating it on someone else is totally free.
Beautiful Bodies is the most popular mod if its kind, but there are a couple others with top spots in the NSFW category:
- Dimonized UNP Female Body (dimon99)
- Nude Females (thepal)
There are also lots of individual skin textures that are CBBE-compatible (or UNP-compatible) and sitting top spots on the Nexus website, but we'd have to do a new slideshow just to cover them all.
Better Males

We wouldn't want to exclude all the handsome nords and redguards, would we? With all those beautiful ladies walking around, it would be cruel to leave the studs of Skyrim without a makeover.
This mod replaces the male body with a more anatomically detailed version. It also removes the underwear from male models and replaces it with a real penis - well, as real as we can ask for, anyway. You can even choose whether you want your warrior to be circumcised or uncircumcised. Talk about attention to detail.
Unfortunately, the dudes in Skyrim don't get as much as much love as the ladies. So there aren't any similar or related mods that are nearly as popular as this one. But maybe that's because Chris57 did such a good job the first time.
Nude & Jiggly Mod
Modder: CherryHotaling
Aside from having what is obviously the best name of any mod on this list, Nude & Jiggly makes some...enhancements to Caliente's Beautiful Bodies mod. It introduces a significantly curvier female body that can be fully customized.
But that's not the best part. The "jiggly" part of the name refers to the "realistic breast and butt physics" that this mod adds to your character and female NPCs. They'll bounce and jiggle with special animations - even if they have clothes on. Thank Dibella.
Animated Prostitution
Modder: Josh NZ
This aptly-named mod allows you to have sex with NPCs. You can engage with your marriage partner, or you can equip an item that has a "sexually active" enchantment on it in order to fool around with the NPC of your choosing. Whoever you decide to take to bed, you'll get to watch all the action in a 60-second animation.
There are all sorts of other little features in this mod as well. You can equip a strap-on to please a lady lover, pimp yourself out for continuous income, or have a male companion engage with you and another female companion. (Sorry ladies - this doesn't work the other way around for some reason.)
Once it's all said and done, NPCs have a one hour cooldown. But you can hop right back in the saddle, if that's what you want to do. Perks of being a Dragonborn.
Killer Keo's Skimpy Armor Replacer
Modder: Killer Keo
Like most of the mods on this list, this armor remodel is based on the body models from Caliente's Beautiful Bodies. It replaces all female armor with more form-fitting, more revealing versions.
Don't expect to see any juicy bits, though, because there isn't any nudity. Hopefully you didn't expect much in an armor mod, anyway. That kind of exposure is just downright dangerous.
This mod doesn't discriminate, so be prepared to see some of the elderly ladies in skimpy armor as well. If half-naked old people aren't your cup of tea, you can install another mod that forces them into their default outfits.
Adult Show XXX
Modder: ASX Team
This mod is fairly similar to Animated Prostitution, as it also adds sex animations to the game. However, Adult Show allows you to cast spells on NPCs to make them perform various acts. You can have them dance for you, or you can get a little more personal with foreplay or sex. If you're more of a voyeur, you can cast a spell to have two NPCs go at it instead. There are even spells to make them masturbate. This single-animation spell (and the dancing spell) can affect up to 10 NPCs at once.
The ASX Team even went the extra mile and included some potions that you can use to make your own character masturbate. Self-love is important.
Deadly Mutilation
Modder: lamer 1000
Extravagant carnage is one of the few things that could ever distract the Skyrim community from all those sex mods. Deadly Mutilation packs loads of blood and gore into the game, making your adventure messier than it's ever been.
You can inflict all sorts of damage in your enemies. Rip out their intestines, or splatter the room with their brains. You can dismember, decapitate, or eviscerate anyone who dares cross you.
All the mages out there are probably rolling their eyes, but this mod has something for our magically-inclined friends as well. Elemental damage will physically affect the body. Blasting a bandit with frost? He's gonna turn into an ice cube. And throwing fire at Draugr will leave them burnt to a crisp.
Bathing Beauties (or Beefcakes)
Modder: Migal
This is a luxury bath house and suite where you can soak with the sexiest men and women Skyrim has to offer. Each one of these NPCs can be married or recruited as a follower, so you can have some sweet arm candy while you're slaying dragons.
This is the first Skyrim mod to offer full outfit control, so you can ask the NPCs to change what they're wearing, or wear nothing at all. The wardrobe changes come with complete stripping and redressing animations.
NPCs can be asked to hug you, bathe, or head into the private quarters to warm up your bed. You can also use the bath house as a functional source of income, if you have the appropriate skills.
Can't dedicate yourself to just the beauties or the beefcakes? No worries. You can have the best of both worlds by asking the innkeepers to hire more NPCs. Score.
Evil Lair of Hydra
Modder: Hydralist
This is a player home that's filled with sexy girls. There are 67 ladies waiting for you inside - bathing, dancing, and being otherwise indecent. The house has an arena for catfights (or outright carnage), a bathing suite, a club, a room full of realistic Lydia mannequins for all your sexy armor, and more.
Unlike most of the other mods on this list, Evil Lair of Hydra combines sex and violence. Your home also has a dungeon, where you can imprison, torture, or even execute victims. Or you can order the girls to torture each other. Or you can use it for a wild BDSM orgy. The possibilities are endless.
But if sadism isn't really your thing, the dungeon is removed in the mild version of the mod.
Temptress Race
Modders: Psychos1s and Brokefoot
This mod adds a new playable race to the game. The Temptresses are blessed by the goddess Dibella. No one can resist their sensual charm - they can use seductive spells to cause everyone around them to fight, or make them remain absolutely calm.
Your Temptress will come with a custom set of sexy leather armor that you can craft without needing the Smithing skill. If you want to slip into something more comfortable, you can put on the vixen outfit: panties, leggings, sleeves, and a collar.
You can also use any of the five named Temptresses as a follower, or use their faces as the preset for your own character.
The Temptresses are pretty sultry, but if you want something a little more lethal, you can try out the almost-as-popular succubus race.
Bonus: Estrus
Modder: Cotyounoyume
This tentacle sex mod didn't quite make the top 10 (it did make top 15), but it's too strange not to share. Estrus was originally an Oblivion mod, which the creator later adapted for Skyrim. If you've watched Japanese porn, you probably know that this is going to get weird.
Estrus adds sexual spells that you can cast on yourself or any female NPC (or you can create an explosion that affects all female NPCs within a certain radius). These spells summon a "roper" to restrain and pleasure the target. What exactly this roper looks like and what it does varies between spells, but all its victims will run away in shame when they're released.
You can choose to have onlookers who will watch the whole spectacle, or you can set it so that bystanders don't want to stick around. Strangely enough for a mod whose sole purpose is to summon a tentacle sex monster, you can also control how much the girls are stripped. So you can protect their decency...or something.
That got pretty weird there at the end, huh?
This list has pretty much everything you'd expect from NSFW mods: lots of sex, even more boobs, and a little bit of bloodshed tossed in there for good measure. It's good to see that some things never change.
