List of Games LCS Season 4 Players are Banned from Streaming: League of Legends

Unnamed team representatives have confirmed the list of games Riot has banned LCS players from streaming.

MOBA fans have had mixed reactions to onGamers posting of a leaked portion of the contract for LCS Season 4, in which Riot appears to prohibit players from streaming the following titles:

Diablo titles, Starcraft titles, WarCraft titles, World of WarCraft or Hearthstone (Blizzard)

DotA2 (Valve)

Heroes of Newerth (S2 Games)

Rise of Immortals (Petroglyph Games)

Infinite Crisis (Turbine)

Dawngate (Waystone Games / EA)

Solstice Arena (Zynga)

Realm of the Titans (Aeria Games / Ningbo Shengguang Tianyi)

SMITE (Hi-Rez Studios)

Monday Night Combat (Uber Entertainment)

Guardians of Middle-Earth (Monolith Productions/Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment)

Sins of a Dark Age (Ironclad Games/Infinite Game Publishing)

Warhammer Online: Wrath of Heroes (BioWare Mythic / EA)

Awesomenauts (Ronimo Games/dtp Entertainment)

Bloodline Champions (Stunlock Studios/Funcom)

    Always translates for me personally into

    "This is a short sighted d*ck move, and will bite them in the ass"

    I think if they want to make a good business move, they need to stay away from this kind of crap and let all the other companies cut their own collective throats by continuing down their crappy monetizing paths and adding nothing in terms of innovation.

    The best way to win in games design right now, is to just not follow the rest of the lemmings off the cliff and retain the respect of your fanbase.

    If you build it, and it's not made of money gouge... they will come to you.

    I guess I can understand some of the MOBA titles (Smite, Dota2) since they're sort of direct competition.
