EA Brings Titanfall, Battlefield 4, FIFA 14 and Command & Conquer to Gamescom

EA to showcase some games at Gamescom.

Are you excited for Respawn Entertainment’s Titanfall? I know I have ever since I saw it during E3 last June.  EA has just announced that the game will be playable at this year’s Gamescom, and players will also be able to get some game time with Battlefield 4, Command & Conquer, and FIFA 14.

According to a press release by Keith Ramsdale, the Managing Director for EA UK:

“Adding consumers is what makes Gamescom so special and it’ll be the first time many of them will be able to get their hands on the next generation of interactive entertainment. I’ll try to spend as much time as possible on the show floor so if you’re out there and you see me walking about, feel free to stop me and let me know what you think of our line-up. You’ll probably find me in the FIFA 14 area and I look forward to taking on all comers, time permitting.”

This will be an important time for EA; their public image has been consistently on the downhill with players voting them as the Worst Company in America for two consecutive years, and losing a legal battle with a former programmer of the original Madden–which could potentially cost the publisher several millions of dollars. This could be a chance for EA to win back some its users.

Gamescom will be held on Tuesday, August 20th in Cologne, Germany.
