Mario and Sonic At the Olympics Games in 2016
Nintendo is bringing Mario and Sonic together again, this time at the 2016 Olympics in Rio Brazil. Both rosters of Mario and Sonic will be there, this time with more Olympic games to be played.
Nintendo has announced that they will first release Mario and Sonic Olympics on the Nintendo 3DS March 18th, but they will release it later for the Wii U. Even though this title is not one of Nintendo's more successful ones, it looks as if it is becoming another one of their traditions.
Now, for the games themselves. Not all games included on the Wii U will be on the 3DS, although there will be a large selection of events to partake in on both systems. Events such as table tennis and football will be playable on the 3DS. Other events like rugby and beach volleyball will be on the Wii U. Either way, both systems will have many events from the Olympics for players to immerse themselves in.

Okay, let's all be perfectly honest here: Sonic would CRUSH Mario in any sports-related activity.

And (canonically speaking) Shadow would literally rip all of them a new one. I mean, ultimate life form... That, and the fact that Sonic Battle pretty much confirmed that Shadow is overall stronger/faster than Sonic.
