The Sims 4 Release Date Confirmed

The Sims 4 coming this fall according to EA's latest press release.

EA's presentation at E3 gave us information about games such as Battlefield Hardline, Mirror's Edge 2 , and many other titles. The Sims 4 was not one of the main presentation titles but EA released a press release soon after the event to detail when players could expect the game.

The Sims 4 is the latest title coming from EA in the Sims series. The official release date is September 2nd.

Also noted in the talk about the next generation of Sims is that these Sims are smarter, have personalities, and come with their own stories. You decide your Sims' personality, traits, aspirations, emotions, and how they respond to other Sims. See the full conference in the video below.

The gameplay trailer provides us with a new look at all the features we've grown to love with The Sims and shows us what's to come. The Sims 4 will not require an internet connection to play but you will need Origin and a connection to download as with any other EA game.

The Sims 4 comes to PC and Mac on September 2nd.
