Money fuels everything in Cyberpunk 2077, and you’ll need a lot of Eurodollars to upgrade V and your weapons. That's not to mention the Eddies you'll to get your hands on all the sweet rides we talked about in our car and bike guides. Making a lot of money fast isn't exactly easy, as it does require grinding more than some might like, but it's not hard either.

On the positive side, you will need to explore much more of Night City than you otherwise would, as several methods for making quick money in Cyberpunk 2077 involve exploration, questing, and not a small amount of voluntary manslaughter.

Here’s are four ways to make a lot of money quickly in Cyberpunk 2077.

Sell All Non-Upgrade Loot

You will kill or KO a lot of enemies in your journey through Night City, and all of them will drop a weapon, plus whatever armor and gear they have on their person. Keep what you find if it has better stats than what you’re using. However, the majority of what you’ll loot off enemies will be straight-up worse than your current equipment.

For anything and everything you don’t want or can’t keep due to weight concerns, head to any vendor or dropbox, and sell it. A standard encounter will net you between five and 10 pieces of equipment from enemies and some extra from the loot boxes scattered about an arena.

Depending on the rarity of the items you find — determined by your character’s level — that could easily be several thousand eurodollars for minimal effort. At higher levels, you might hit 10,000 Eddies in five minutes with good RNG on your loot drops.

This first method applies to almost everything else discussed below. You’ll want to keep an eye on your equipment load in the top right of the Inventory screen, as too much weight will negatively impact your mobility. Make regular trips to vendors as you move from objective to objective to keep yourself reasonably burdened. A little tedious, yes, but you’ll keep making money while progressing with little effort.

Collect and Sell Junk

There’s a lot of useless junk scattered all over the world of Cyberpunk 2077. Luckily for us, all of it has value and helps us make easy money. When you visit shops and dropboxes, you’ll see an option to Sell Junk. Hit that button every time.

Junk items have their own rarities, and the rarer your junk is, the more it’s worth.

However, if making money fast is your primary goal, avoid the Scrapper Crafting perk. It causes you to auto-dismantle all junk as soon as you pick it up, closing you off from this money-making method until you respec. Find out how to do that in our respec guide. Beware: it'll cost you a lot of Eurodollars.

Fight Crime and Do Side Jobs

Crime is everywhere in Night City, and all of it offers an opportunity for some quick cash. The light blue icons on your map include:

  • NCPD investigations
  • Crimes or assaults in progress
  • Other random encounters that have you defeating enemies and completing simple objectives

As mentioned above, you’ll get a bunch of trash loot to sell, as well as a small reward for clearing the area of hostiles.

For more significant loot, head to the dozens of Side Jobs scattered around the various portions of the map. These yellow circles with exclamation points or hexagons with question marks denote more substantial side content.

These Side Jobs will see you sneaking or assaulting an area, killing a particular target, or investigating a building, usually through combat, or sabotaging equipment. There’s more to do than a crime event, and the rewards are commensurate with the additional effort, from experience to money and street cred. The money you receive from these missions scales with your level, as does the level of the enemies and the loot they drop.

Side mission areas are usually larger and have more items in them, including Eurodollars just sitting around waiting to be taken.

In summary: more enemies, more loot, scaling rewards, and additional opportunities for world-drop gear. Even better, you might run across some of the best writing Cyberpunk has to offer, pairing monetary gain with a satisfying narrative. Everyone wins.

Hack Every Terminal You Come Across

Most encounter areas, especially in side and main missions, have computer panels marked with a red computer icon on the minimap. These panels exist in Night City proper as well, or on the occasional vending machine or telecom antenna.

You can jack into these terminals with enough points in Intelligence, usually three or five. Getting the most out of hacking terminals requires you to activate all three levels. We’ve got a handy hacking guide so you can get the most out of terminals like these.

A successful hack of all three levels grants you the most money and provides up to legendary Quickhack Components. If you get good at hacking, a single terminal shouldn’t take you more than 20 or 30 seconds. And because you’ve probably already killed or otherwise removed every other threat from the area, most terminals are a little cherry on top.

You will often find packs of Eurodollars just sitting around the world, but if you’re looking to earn money fast in Cyberpunk 2077, these methods are tried, tested, and work 100% of the time, all the time. For more on CD Projekt Red's new neon-colored RPG, head over to our dedicated guides page!

Tips for grinding
\n

When it comes to grinding, there is no real best spot to grind because the profit heavily relies on your play style, gear, whether you are in a party or not, and how crowded the place is. With that said, there are a few places that do stand out and definitely deserve to be mentioned.

\n

Pre lvl. 50, Sounil camp will net you the most amount of money, with around 6 million an hour due to its insane mob density. From lvl. 50-55, either Helms or Abandoned Iron Mine will give you a nice profit -- up to 10 million an hour.

\n

Past lvl. 56, things get a bit different. All spots will net you a lot of silver, and though Sausan Garrison and Pirate Island are the most consistent in terms of silver because they don't rely on lucky drops.

\n

However, the single best spot to grind is the Gyfin Rhasia Temple. It will net you a bare minimum of 15 million, up to 45 million silver each if you’re lucky. However, the place has some outrageous gear requirements and needs to be ground in a full party to succeed. If you want to try and grind here, be prepared; it is tough, but very rewarding and a lot of fun.

\n

Guide for grinding at the Gyfin Rhasia Temple

\n

\n

The best tip I can give you when it comes to grinding in the late game is just to pick a spot you like. Grinding isn’t AFK like most other methods for making silver, so you might as well make the best out of it. Grinding in a party can help with this as well. Grouping up and talking to each other is a nice way to make the grinding more enjoyable, but also can increase your profit and EXP gain when you're not clearing all that efficiently. So wherever you grind, just make sure you enjoy it. Don't make it a chore because that is not what this game is meant to be.

Heating Weapons

Setting it up
\n

Weapon Heating is one of the most straightforward methods there is. All you’ll really have to do is clear your inventory, buy a bunch of Rosar axes from the marketplace, and start heating them from the "Produce" menu. They will give you a bunch of Melted Iron shards and Trace of Memories. Enough to give you quite a bit of profit, but nothing special.

\n

\n

The real money hides itself in pure zinc shards that have a value of around 100,000 silver. The axes itself cost around 35,000 silver, and the chance of gaining a pure zinc shard is in between 20 to 30%. This means every 3 to 5 axes that you heat, you’ll gain an additional 100,000 silver profit, making this a very underrated and easy method of making silver in Black Desert Online -- especially because it requires little to no time to set it up.

Imperial Crafting Delivery

  • \n
  • Cooking EXP
  • \n
\n
Setting it up
\n

The Imperial Crafting delivery is one of the most profitable money making methods in all of Black Desert Online. With that said, there are some downsides to this method. First of all, it’s only partially AFK and requires some more experience and time to set this method up. The good part is that when you get the hang of this method, you’ll be swimming in silver.

\n

For this example, we’ll go for Omelette Crates. (You will need professional 1 cooking for this.) First of all, place a cooking utensil in your residence and start making as many omelets as possible. 1 omelet recipe requires 5 potatoes, (or other grain) 5 eggs, 2 olive oil, and 2 salt. If you use the nodes from the second slide, you should already have some eggs and potatoes in your storage, so simply put those in your inventory. The salt and olive oil can be bought from your nearest innkeeper for a very low cost.

\n

When you’ve got your ingredients, Simply go to your cooking utensil put in the right amount of ingredients and press “Continuous Production” when all your omelets are ready the easy part is over.

\n

\n

The Imperial Crafting Delivery can be a little tricky to use at first, but after a couple of times, there should be no problems at all. The catch is that she will only accept 50 of each specific crates per 3 hours (1 in-game day). This means that timing can be very important if the crate you are trying to turn in is really popular. Luckily, the Omelette crate doesn’t get much traffic, so you shouldn’t have all that many problems with turning it in.

\n

The best way of turning in the crates would be putting a wagon in front of the Imperial Delivery (you can find her using the "NPC" button) and getting out the right amount of Ingredients for one or two crates, depending on your weight limit (40 omelets for 1 crate). Then, go to the “Produce” window, and press the “Imperial Cuisine” button; after that, select your Ingredients and start. Your crates should be done in a couple of seconds. When they’re done, turn them in, bring your money to the storage, and repeat. You’ll be rich before you know it.

Processing

\n
Requirements
\n
    \n
  • Silver Embroidered Craftsman's Clothes
  • \n
  • Potatoes / Corn / Wheat / Barley / Sweet Potatoes (preferably gathered by workers)
  • \n
\n
Rewards
\n
    \n
  • Up to 3 million silver an hour
  • \n
  • Processing EXP
  • \n
\n
Setting it up
\n

Processing is a very easy and profitable life skill to master if you have the resources for it. To start processing, chopping timber or melting ore are very good ways of making money, but for this example, we’ll go with grinding the potatoes that you can get from the nodes in the previous slide. This is one of the more unknown ways of making money by processing, but also one of the most profitable ways, especially when you’re just starting.

\n

To start processing, put your materials in your inventory and go to the “Produce” window that can be accessed from either the menu or your inventory. When you’re there press the “Grinding” button then select your materials and press start. If your weight limit allows it, you should be good for hours. So get yourself some food, watch a movie, or go out and explore the real world.

\n

\n

When you finally come back to your computer, your inventory should be filled with potato flour. You can sell the flour directly on the marketplace for a good amount of cash or save it for later, to use in cooking recipes.

Workers

\n
Requirements
\n
    \n
  • Around 50 energy
  • \n
  • 100,000 silver
  • \n
  • A minimum of 10 contribution points
  • \n
  • All the beer you can get
  • \n
\n
Rewards
\n
    \n
  • Up to 500 million silver a week
  • \n
  • valuable resources for life skills
  • \n
\n
Setting it up
\n

Workers can gain you a really nice amount of money and are usually essential if you want to train life skills such as cooking, processing, or alchemy. The best thing about workers is that out of all the money making methods in the game, this one requires the least amount of effort once you set it up.

\n

All you need to do is invest in a couple of nodes, get some workers and watch them do all the hard work for you. if you don’t know how to set up nodes, here is a handy guide on how to do just that.

\n

Investing in these nodes will give you useful materials.

\n

\n

For workers, just press the “NPC” button next to your mini-map and press the button “worker.” This will set a waypoint to the nearest work supervisor where you can hire your workers. Viewing a worker costs 5 energy, and hiring it costs around 10,000 silver. If you’re just starting your work empire, I would highly suggest only hiring workers from the skilled tier or higher, as they give you a significant amount of extra profit, while only requiring a bit more energy to obtain.

\n

\n

After that, select one of the nodes you invested in, select a worker, then press “start work,” and you’re good to go. Whenever you are online in the game the worker will gather resources for you. Every now and then check on your worker and give him some beer and he’ll be good to go for quite some time.

Dragon Quest VII: FotFP - Easy Money Guide https://www.gameskinny.com/kmc9g/dragon-quest-vii-fotfp-easy-money-guide https://www.gameskinny.com/kmc9g/dragon-quest-vii-fotfp-easy-money-guide Thu, 22 Sep 2016 03:54:40 -0400 David Fisher

There comes a time in every adventurer's life where their pockets feel lighter, and their equipment is lacking. Conventional wisdom would tell people to sell their extra items or fight monsters. Unfortunately, that not only takes a lot of time, but it's not exactly the most fun or efficient way. Thankfully, there's always the casino!

While gambling is hardly the best way to make money, Dragon Quest VII's casino is ironically the best place to get some early game dough. Not only that, but if you play certain tables you can win some higher level gear that will put you ahead of the game! Here's two tricks you can follow to get some extra money, and some nifty gear while you're at it!

The Process

In order to do the casino exploit, you first need to find yourself a casino. The first casino you can find is on the island of Alltrades. You can find the casino by going to Pilgrim's Rest (as indicated by the blue dot on the map on the right) and interacting with the well on the northern side of the area.

NOTE: While these exploits can be done at any casino, we will be using the Pilgrim's Rest Casino [Past] for the purposes of this guide.

Before You Begin...

As with any exploit, saving ahead of time is very important. Since we are running a casino exploit, it only makes sense that there's a certain level of luck involved. As such, saving before attempting the exploit will spare you from any spells of bad luck. Make sure you have at least 2000G on you before you begin as this will make the process a lot easier. It can be done with less, but a lot more soft resetting will be involved.

Step 1: Buy some coins

Since we want to get the most out of the casino without breaking the bank, spend about 2000G to get 100 casino tokens. These tokens are used for the games, as well as cashing in for gear and other cool stuff at the prize corner. You can buy more if you like, but remember that the more you spend, the less of a profit you are making.

Optional Step: Play the Slots (Only works at Pilgrim's Rest [Past])

Depending on how greedy you are, you can try your hand at playing the slot machines to win some extra coins. Your best bet is to try using the slot machine on the far right side of the Pilgrim's Rest Casino [Past Version]. The reason is that this machine in particular has 2 rows of Lucky 7s.

The amount of coins you win is shown on the bottom screen, and is multiplied by the number of coins you put in. Press up on the D-Pad enough times so that all three lines are lit up. This should only cost 30 coins. You can put more in if you like, but once again this puts you at the risk of early resets.

Once you win a comfortable amount of coins (or come out even if your luck is terrible) move on to the next step.

Step 2: Play Lucky Panel

Lucky Panel is a game where you have to match pairs of items together. Every casino has a different Lucky Panel deck. There are also rare cards that get placed onto the board randomly, so you will rarely get the same prizes you did last time. In order to win, you must find every pair in the set.

Since the game only costs 5 coins, it's fairly easy to walk out with much more money than you did walking in. There's a strategy that can guarantee that you win at least 90% of your games, and goes as follows:

When the game first begins you will be able to select any 6 cards without penalty. This is a great chance to clear up a good portion of the board without getting the deck shuffled by a shuffle card (the hand with all fingers extended). To make the game easier, select the top 5 cards, then the leftmost card on the second row (as seen above).

Once these cards are revealed, write down the names of every card visible on a piece of paper, a notepad/word file, or on a convenient grid such as the one on the right. If you don't know the names, write down a memorable description instead. Once you have written them down, you'll move onto the next phase of the game where you will get 4 chances to pick out the next few pairs.

With any luck you will find the shuffle card in your first 6 picks. Avoid this card at all costs as it will ruin your strategy for the rest of this trick. You should have enough picks to fully clear the top two rows with one more pair search remaining. At this point - provided you have found no pairs or only a few - you should be able to select any of the bottom two rows and find the corresponding cards on the top rows.

Make sure you win at least once before you run out of coins. If you have trouble winning at Lucky Panel, just reset the game and repeat steps 1 and 2 until you do. Keep playing the Lucky Panel game until you run out of coins, and once you do, move on to the next step.

Step 3: Cash In!

Once you have spent all your coins, return to the nearest shop and unload all your winnings onto them. Make sure to equip any weapons and armor you won that you want to keep beforehand. If you won Lucky Panel at least once or twice, you should have collected enough prizes to double your original wallet. The more wins, the more money you will get!

That's All Folks!

This trick can be done infinitely, so be sure to exploit it to your heart's content! It's a great way to get money without leveling up excessively since being overleveled in the early game can ruin your ability to level up your vocations. Grinding for money can make the game overly easy and dull as well, so any chance to avoid it is a good one. Remember, your money can also be used to purchase more coins, and that means getting rare items from the casino's prize corner as well!

How to make money in Fallout 4 https://www.gameskinny.com/96uph/how-to-make-money-in-fallout-4 https://www.gameskinny.com/96uph/how-to-make-money-in-fallout-4 Sat, 28 Nov 2015 13:03:48 -0500 Joe DeClara

For a post-apocalyptic wasteland of desolation and despair, the world of Fallout 4 can be an expensive place to pitch your tent. With ammo to buy, resources to procure, and Legendary weapons like the Big Boy to purchase, you're gonna need a whole lot of caps to get the most out of your experience in the Commonwealth. Thankfully, Fallout 4 offers many options for developing affluence.

Level Up.

To ensure your character has the best chance of procuring the greatest amounts of caps possible from the start, make sure you show your Charisma S.P.E.C.I.A.L. some love. This base stat will help you get better deals at vendors when both buying and selling all items. Also, make sure to dump points into the Cap Collector and Fortune Finder (Luck) perks as you level up. With these stats in place at the start of your adventure, you'll be in the most optimal position for gathering endless bottlecaps throughout your endeavors.

Fallout 4 Perk Chart

Loot, Loot, Loot.

Take weapons. Take armor. Kill bad guys (or good guys) and take their stuff, too. Take it all! After you've grabbed your full, dump your spoils onto a companion, then loot some more. Selling items you've grabbed throughout your adventures is the easiest, most natural way of making quick cash early in Fallout 4. One Pipe Pistol may not be worth much, but ten pipe pistols, ten Raider chest pieces, and twenty road leathers add up to some significant dough for you to turn into ammo. Later, when you're swimming in caps, you can start using those guns for resources with the Scrapper perk.

Vendors pay big for the Fat Man

Sell your Junk.

Fallout 4's new resource system gives the miscellaneous garbage of the gameworld more purpose than its predecessors. However, things like Pre-War Money and Cigarette Cartons are probably best traded for caps. With every unit of Pre-War Money valued at 8 caps, every Pack of Cigarettes at 12, and a full Carton of Cigarettes bringing in a whopping 50 caps, these Junk-classified items prove far more useful at the vendors than in your crafting workbench.

No need to waste...

Manufacture Purified Water.

This currently seems to be the most effective way to passively make money in the game. Once you've discovered Sanctuary, gathered a plethora of resources, and leveled up your Science perk, you will be able to create an Industrial Water Purifier through the settlement workshop. Each unit requires Oil, Ceramic, Water, Copper, Steel, Cloth, and Screws to create. Set up three or more of these purifiers, then a medium generator for each, and voila - you have yourself a Water-Purifier Plant! Every half hour or so, you can check back at your workbench to see how much Purified Water your plant has accumulated, grab the lot, and sell it all for 7+ caps apiece. Waiting in a chair or Sleeping does not help pass the time, though, so while you wait, get back out there and keep looting!
