According to Colin Furze's website, this enthusiastic man considers himself a "British garage inventor/video maker." What he really is, however, is a legend to every X-Men fan who once hoped to inherit super powers of his/her own. 

Among many contraptions, videos, and world records found on Furze's website, the Do-it-yourself X-Men capabilities of Wolverine, Pyro, and Magneto are arguably the most popular.

Pyro 

While Pyro's X-Men appearances are a bit scarce, that didn't stop Colin from recreating the mutant's ability to control fire through his hands. Or, in this case, wrists. 

Through a backpack containing propane, and tubes running up to his wrists, Furze successfully puts on a dazzling display of Pyro's X-Men powers come to life. Although, I wouldn't suggest anyone try it at home. 

To watch the full tutorial on how to make your very own flame throwing wrists, you can visit another one of Colin's videos here. While I'm sure this invention could possibly make you one of the coolest kids in the room, I would suggest leaving the fire-playing to the professionals.

Wolverine

An older invention of Colin's can be recognized as the infamous retractable claws that fan-favorite, Wolverine, wields as weapons. 

While Colin may not be able to imbue himself, or others, with regenerative abilities or super strength, he did unveil a DIY video to create another version of the iconic weapons that the mutant phenom is famous for. 

You can view the full tutorial here, but I'd like to offer a safety disclaimer once again. I'd also like to point out that even if Colin's inventions were not as impressive, his antics are enough to captivate an audience for the entire video.

Magneto

 As if the previous two mutant abilities weren't worthy enough to make any nerd's mouth drop open, Colin has also perfected the ability to defy gravity via everyone's favorite villain, Magneto.

Yes, you are seeing this correctly, this man is walking on the ceiling. It's enough to make 8-year-old you squeal with excitement, as you watch Furze magnetize his feet and make all of your X-Men fantasies come true. 

While I'm not sure if there's a way to teach magnetic boots to the general public, you can watch the entire learning process here. 

Watching these videos are both informative and wildly entertaining as we see Colin prance around with his gadgets, cackling enthusiastically and having the time of his passionate, animated life.

Not only can you see your childhood fantasies in real life, but you can easily see how much joy these inventions bring Colin himself. The liberating fact that you can see his childhood come to life is probably the core of his charm.

When you think of the Halo series, a few things come to mind. You see Master Chief stealing vehicles and dual-wielding needlers while dodging plasma bolts; you feel the controller firmly in your hand as the controlled chaos of Bungie's organic AI interactions flow in front of you; and you can hear Martin O'Donnell's booming and sweeping orchestrative notes making every moment feel like a climax before calming you down right as the next big moment is to come.

O'Donnell's music has defined the Halo series--from composing the first Halo game's score all the way to Bungie's final Halo project with Halo: Reach's somber setting.

Starting as contract work for earlier Bungie titles such as Oni and both Myth games, it seemed like we would be seeing him produce a brand new sound for Bungie's Destiny; that will not being happening though. Earlier this week, Martin O'Donnell was let go by the Bungie Board of Directors. As he says in his tweet below, it appears to have been without cause.

All that Bungie has said in relation to the firing of O'Donnell is the following:

“For more than a decade, Marty O’Donnell filled our worlds with unforgettable sounds and soundtracks, and left an indelible mark on our fans. Today, as friends, we say goodbye. We know that wherever his journey takes him, he will always have a bright and hopeful future. We wish him luck in all his future endeavors.” -- Bungie community manager David Dague 

This rather warm message suggests one of two things. Either the Board of Directors alone wanted rid of O'Donnell and there was some problem he presented to them by remaining on staff, or Bungie isn't commenting on whatever problem was occurring that made this the ideal choice. The former seems far more likely, but we'll have to wait and see. Since his last tweet above, there has been no word from O'Donnell as to his plans, although I'm sure we all hope he lands on his feet soon and gets a chance to make more fantastic compositions.

The Snake Hungers.

Fight back in Sucker punch's Next-gen game: Infamous Second Son. 

I've been a huge fan of the inFAMOUS series and have completed both games (100% and played through both good and bad endings). After the end of inFAMOUS I felt as though that was the end of Cole's story and thus the end of the series. I may have been right about Cole's story being over but it seems Sucker Punch felt that the inFAMOUS story was not. Players will be thrown back into the rich open world of inFAMOUS but instead, will be playing as Delsin Rowe, a young male that lives on the edge and never backs down from a fight.

So hot you'll explode!

In the trailer above we are shown two things. 

• One; Delsin does not wield electric powers like his predecessor. However Delsin seems to be able to control smoke and maybe even fire. 
• Two; Reggie, Delsin's brother, makes a surprise visit, seeing as this is the first time we've seen him.

 I for one am pretty happy about the change of super powers. After the second inFAMOUS game they had done just about everything when it came to using electric powers. I'm really looking forward to seeing how having this new power will change up combat and parkour.

Bromance.

We don't know to much about the two brothers but from what was shown in the trailer they seem to have a bond that only brothers can have. Delsin seems to think of his new found powers as a gift, where Reggie seems to think of them more as disease. I'm sure that their views and beliefs will clash and create some awesome story choices.

Final Thoughts.

I'll be picking up a PS4 on launch day and it's not because of its low price point or because I don't like the XBox One. This game is the sole reason I'll be getting the PS4. Look forward to playing inFAMOUS: Second Son on a PS4 in early 2014.
