All Hidden Waddle Dees in Enter the Fiery Forbidden Lands

There are four Hidden Waddle Dees in Enter the Fiery Forbidden Land.

Fiery Forbidden Lands Waddle Dee 1

You'll navigate between two platform sections in Fiery Forbidden Lands where lava balls will begin falling from the sky as the ground sinks into the lava below. To get the first Waddle Dee, you must grab all the sinking Green Star Bits in this section.

  • Star Bit 1: Near the torches to the right of the first sinking platform.
  • Star Bit 2: In the blue box near the back of the first sinking section.
  • Star Bit 3: On the wooden platform as you move forward.
  • Star Bit 4: In the blue box on the second platform.
  • Star Bit 5: On top of a series of wooden platforms in the second section.

Fiery Forbidden Lands Waddle Dee 2

You’ll find the second one in Fiery Forbidden Lands to the right of the big rock staircase in the second area of the stage. You’ll need the Drill ability to dig under the fence your buddy is trapped behind.

Fiery Forbidden Lands Waddle Dee 3

To get to the third Hidden Waddle Dee, look for a walkway on the side of a cliff. Follow it past some falling ledges and a falling cliff face. The cliff will fall to reveal a hidden door you can go through.

Once inside, grab the Drill ability. From here, you can see a tower of platforms holding Orange Star Bits that are slowly descending into the lava. Use the Drill to quickly grab each one (we advise going bottom to top in terms of which ones to grab first) to unlock this Waddle Dee.

Fiery Forbidden Lands Waddle Dee 4

Hold on to the Drill ability until the very end of the level. Once you almost reach the final Waddle Dee, you'll see this one in a fenced-off area to your right, near where the four lava balls come raining down.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Conquer the Inferno Road

There are five Hidden Waddle Dees in Conquer the Inferno Road.

Inferno Road Waddle Dee 1

You'll pass the first Waddle Dee before you're able to save it as you climb the path around the sinking building. When you reach the bomb-throwing Poppy Bros. Jr, look up and to the left to see a broken window that you can jump into. Head down the passage here and hit the Blue Star Switch at the end.

Inferno Road Waddle Dee 2

In the second part of Inferno Road, you'll see an Ice ability dispenser near a lava path to the left. Pick it up, and it will let you walk down the lava path. This will take you up some steps and to a gap you'll need to jump to reach a rooftop. Destroy the glowing, fiery blocks there, and then jump down into the building to find the Hidden Waddle Dee.

Inferno Road Waddle Dee 3

Hold on to the Ice ability and defeat the Big Kabu ahead of you. Then skate along the lava path starting on the right. It will lead you across a bridge of crumbling blocks to a rooftop with a crack in the ceiling. Traverse across the red-hot blocks using Ice skate and inhale the Cone on the other side. Take it back to Downward Spike the weak ceiling and reveal the room where the third Waddle Dee is hidden.

This is a timed puzzle. Defeat the Rabiroo in front of the dome to enter it and remove the lid, revealing a star switch. Hit it and go across the new bridge you've made. Use Mouthful Mode to pull down the lockers ahead of you to find the Scissor-Lift. Become the Scissor-and drive it to the opposite wall, where you'll be able to spit it out and reach this one.

Inferno Road Waddle Dee 4

At the end of the second area in Inferno Road, climb the last big ladder. You'll see a shaft to jump down on your right. Doing so will grant you this Waddle Dee. Just be sure to immediately jump from the falling blocks at the bottom of the shaft to float back up to the main platform.

Inferno Road Waddle Dee 5

The last area of this stage is a lake of lava you must navigate using a boat and Ring Mouthful Mode. To reveal the chest with this Waddle Dee, you have to make three windmills spin. All of these must be done before jumping in the boat.

The first windmill will be on the right side of the platform where you first get the ring. After that, head on the left path, past the raging bull, to find another windmill. Before jumping off the ledge into the boat on the lava, go to the right to find a path of cannons. Hitting the final windmill just up from here will make a platform with a chest rise up from beneath the lava.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Burning, Churning Power Plant

There are five Hidden Waddle Dees in the Burning, Churning Power Plant stage of Redgar Forbidden Lands.

Burning, Churning Power Plant Hidden Waddle Dee 1

In the third section of Burning, Churning Power Plant, where the walls are closing in to crush you, you’ll need to find a red switch. Hitting this will open up a section of wooden boxes in the right wall. This friend will be on the other side.

Burning, Churning Power Plant Hidden Waddle Dee 2

In the second section of the stage, you'll need to collect 5 Green Star Bits to unlock the cage hiding this Waddle Dee.

  • Star Bit 1: Next to the canon and a cup of coffee.
  • Star Bit 2: Under the first vertical crusher.
  • Star Bit 3: At the trio of crushers, under the left-hand crusher.
  • Star Bit 4: On top of the middle crusher.
  • Star Bit 5: Hiding in a secret nook behind the right-hand crusher.

Burning, Churning Power Plant Hidden Waddle Dee 3

Make sure you have the Fire ability by the time you reach the end of the Burning, Churning Power Plant's third area. Here you'll see a Lantern Switch that will open a side puzzle room.

To solve the puzzle and save the Waddle Dee, light the fuse of a cannon, then quickly Mouthful onto the stairs. You need to move around the room as the fuse winds down so that you are never blocking the fuse from moving down the rope. Generally, you'll want to circle around the edges of the area to avoid getting in the way. When the path is clear, park the stairs on the Red Star Switch to raise the path.

Burning, Churning Power Plant Hidden Waddle Dee 4

The fourth Hidden Waddle Dee of this level is found in the spike wall section. To reach it, you need to inhale the Vending machine at the end of the second floor and take it down to this section. When you stop running from the wall, you'll see a cracked blue garage door. Shoot some cans at it to knock it down.

Burning, Churning Power Plant Hidden Waddle Dee 5

At the end of the stage, you'll have the option of taking on the Ring or Cone Mouthful Modes. Inhale the traffic cone and jump through the triangle-shaped hole. On the other side, perform a downward spike attack into the cracked part of the floor to reveal the last Waddle Dee in Burning, Churning Power Plant.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Gathering of the Beast Council

There are five Hidden Waddle Dees in the Gathering of the Beast Council Level.

Beast Council Waddle Dee 1

This one isn’t hidden as much as it is a timed challenge. You'll come across a car to inhale on the path. Doing so will start a timer. Complete the windy driving and jumping section ahead before the timer hits zero to earn the first Waddle Dee in Gathering of the Beast Council.

Beast Council Waddle Dee 2

After you defeat Sillydillo in this boss rush level, do not immediately proceed to the next area. Explore to the right of the boss arena to find a secret chest hiding the second Waddle Dee.

Beast Council Waddle Dee 3

Afterward, you'll come across a Pipe Mouthful rolling section, which splits paths. It often requires you to jump, though it sometimes rewards you for not jumping by putting goodies at the bottom path. All you have to do to reach the Waddle Dee at the end is follow the coins to stay on the right path.

For the very last ramp, you'll not want to jump and instead take the last bottom path. This will lead you to a big pile of coins before crashing into a wall.

Beast Council Waddle Dee 4

Don’t board the coaster after you defeat Clawroline. Look to your left for a tall tower (of which you can't yet see the top). Climb the long ladder up the tower to find this Hidden Waddle Dee.

Beast Council Waddle Dee 5

The fifth Hidden Waddle Dee in Gathering of the Beast Council is earned by pressing all the switches during the Coaster Mouth section at the end of the stage. Doing this will open up a gate this one is captured. You can always retry this challenge, so you don't have to replay the whole level if you missed a switch or two.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in the Beast Pack’s Final Stand

There are five Hidden Waddle Dees in the Beast Pack’s Final Stand.

Beast Pack Waddle Dee 1

During the Scissor-Lift Mouth section of the Beast Pack’s Final Stand, you'll pass by a platform with a Primal Awoofy and Sir Kibble. They are guarding the first Hidden Waddle Dee of the stage.

Beast Pack Waddle Dee 2

You'll see the second Waddle Dee above the first Poison Croakom at the start of the room with the poison. You must platform to the back of the room to find a pipe that will turn you into Water-Balloon Mouth Kirby. Use the easier, alternate path you now have to go back to the beginning of the room and blast the Croakom with water. The platform below the enemy will lift and allow you to reach this one.

Beast Pack Waddle Dee 3

When you are about to exit Vending Mouth, you'll be able to shoot a stack of metal boxes holding up a staircase on the far right side of a platform. Inhale the staircase and move it all of the way to the left of the platform and exit. This will create a stair going up to a platform that holds a couple of enemies and the third Hidden Waddle Dee.

Beast Pack Waddle Dee 4

This one is more or less a gimme. Once you defeat the final blue Gnawcodile in the Ring Mouth boat room, you'll be lifted up to the location of the fourth Waddle Dee.

Beast Pack Waddle Dee 5

The final Hidden Waddle Dee in Kirby and the Forgotten Land (yes, the entire game) is found during the Arc Mouth gliding sequence. You must hit the three optional fan switches in the second half of the section to unlock an alternative path hiding this friend.

The Hidden Missions in Redgar Forbidden Lands in Kirby and the Forgotten Land can be downright devious. Redgar Forbidden Lands will test everything you and the pink puffball have learned over the course of the game’s first five worlds, and knocking out the Hidden Missions can be a bit of a pill.

This Kirby and the Forgotten Lands walkthrough guide will tell you how to find and complete all of the Hidden Missions in this world.

Use the links below to jump to each level in Redgar Forbidden Lands:

All Hidden Missions in Enter the Fiery Forbidden Lands

There are three Hidden Missions in Enter the Fiery Forbidden Lands.

Fiery Forbidden Lands Hidden Mission 1: Defeat 2 Outlook Awoofies

The Outlook Awoofies are both found in the first area of the level. These dogs are located up in watchtowers so be on the lookout for those tall structures.

  • The first is located early on at the top of a wooden tower.
  • The second is a bit later on, where you encounter a group of Rabiroos and an Orabiroo.

Fiery Forbidden Lands Hidden Mission 2: Find the Secret Passage

This Hidden Mission is near the end of the second part of Fiery Forbidden Lands and requires the Drill Copy ability to access. There is a hidden ledge sloping upwards to the left of the staircase leading out of this area. Follow it up, past a couple of Sleepies and to a fence. Drill under the fence to complete this Hidden Mission.

Fiery Forbidden Lands Hidden Mission 3: Use Water to Destroy 7 Falling Lava Balls

This Hidden Mission can only be completed if you get the third Hidden Waddle Dee of the stage and find the early water spigot.

Once you get this Water-Balloon Mouth, three lava balls will fall on your way to the next water pipe. After you get a water refill, you'll encounter a pair of Buffahorns. Once you do, watch for four more Lava Balls to fall down on the right to complete this Hidden Mission.

All Hidden Missions in Conquer the Inferno Road

There are three Hidden Missions in Conquer the Inferno Road.

Inferno Road Hidden Mission 1: Steal 2 of the Beasts’ Meaty Meals

  • Go to your right to find a hunk of meat on a leaf after you get past the first canon in the level.
  • The second piece of meat is found at the end of the first area. After climbing the tall ladder, look to your right for a distance platform to jump to. There will be another ladder to climb here and a Primal Awoofie you must defeat to earn this tasty meat.

Inferno Road Hidden Mission 2: Make All of the Windmill Switches Spin

The last Hidden Waddle Dee of Inferno Road is earned by making three of the four Windmill Switches in the Ring Mouth boat section spin. This Hidden Mission is completed by spinning all four of them. The fourth and final windmill is behind the landmass where the Waddle Dee cage that ends the level is found.

Inferno Road Hidden Mission 3: Use Crash to Defeat Wild Frosty

A Bomber jumps down from a ledge and crashes into the ground just before the Wild Frosty arena at the end of the first area. You can inhale it before the enemy reaches the ground to get the rare Crash ability. Or you can just bring it from the Waddle Dee Weapon Shop. Note you'll have to make it to Frosty without using the ability and essentially keep from attacking any enemies.

Once you’re in the fight, you can charge up your Crash ability for a devastating blow. Or, if you have the Time Crash upgrade, you'll slow time allowing you to take Wild Frosty down in two quick hits.

All Hidden Missions in Burning, Churning Power Plant

There are three Hidden Missions in the Burning, Churning Power Plant stage of Redgar Forbidden Lands.

Burning Churning Power Plant Hidden Mission 1: Infiltrate the Control Room

In the third section of trash compactor walls closing in, you'll want to find the red switch and press it.

Go through four boxes that appear on near the right smooshing wall to find the level’s first Hidden Waddle Dee. From there, jump up on top of the walls and head left to an open vent that leads to the control room for this Hidden Mission.

Burning Churning Power Plant Hidden Mission 2: Perk up with 3 Cups of Coffee

  • The first cup of coffee is on top of the star blocks in the first crushing walls section of the level.
  • The second cup of coffee is found on top of star blocks next to a Green Star Bit near a large cannon.
  • The third cup of coffee is on top of a trio of wooden boxes with an enemy sleeping on top when you are running from the spike wall.

Burning Churning Power Plant Hidden Mission 3: Don’t Get Squished

We can’t give you a moment-by-moment guide here, as the Power Plant is filled with walls, blocks, and crushers that will squish you. Take it slow and steady. Don’t worry about getting hit by enemies  that won’t negate your attempt at this Hidden Mission.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in Gathering of the Beast Council

There are three Hidden Missions in the Gathering of the Beast Council level.

Beast Council Hidden Mission 1: Venture Deep Into the Secret Passage

At the very start of the level, head to the right until you see two torches. Pass through them to head to the secret passage and complete this Hidden Mission.

Beast Council Hidden Mission 2: Defeat Sillydillo in 1:30

The second boss in this boss rush level, Sillydillo can be taken down quickly using a couple of abilities. Spikes are great for quick damage, although you are likely to take some damage this way. The Cutter, especially if you have it fully upgraded, lets you do damage over time and keep your distance, which makes it another great choice for this battle.

Beast Council Hidden Mission 3: Beat Clawroline Without Getting Hit

This Hidden Mission is tough for a couple of reasons. The Ranger ability is the only way to damage Clawroline while she’s up in the air, but the damage is slow. Instead, we recommend the Cutter or Bombs for maximum damage output at a distance, while the boss is on the ground.

The key to completing this mission is mastering your dodge timing. If you hold down R and move the stick left or right just as Clawroline lunges at you, you'll perform a perfect dodge. This will be indicated by a slow-motion animation and will leave the boss vulnerable.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in The Beast Pack’s Final Stand

There are three Hidden Missions in The Beast Pack’s Final Stand.

Beast Pack Hidden Mission 1: Defeat All of the Beasts in the Starting Area

After you go down the elevator, you'll pass through a door and enter a large circular arena full of enemies. Make sure to defeat them all to check off this Hidden Mission.

Beast Pack Hidden Mission 2: Remove 5 Beast-Base Wanted Posters

  • The first wanted poster is on a circular wall right after the arena where you complete Mission 1.
  • The second wanted poster is on the wall near the Croakom guarding Waddle Dee 2.
  • The third wanted poster is hanging off the edge of a platform near the only set of lockers in The Beast Packs' Final Stand.
  • The fourth wanted poster is right before the boat when you are Ring Mouth Kirby.
  • The fifth and final wanted poster requires you to get on top of the first Tortorner to remove it. This is located right next to the Cone Mouth you'll need for the next mission.

Beast Pack Hidden Mission 3: Don’t Fall in the Lava While Using Cone Mouth

At the very end of the level, you'll need to use Cone Mouth Kirby. Be mindful of not standing on sinking platforms too long to avoid falling in. If you mistime a jump, remember that the downward spike attack gives you a little forward momentum in Cone Mouth mode.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions In the Presence of the King

In The Presence of the King has four Hidden Missions to complete while fighting Forgo Dedede. This is the second and final boss fight against the king in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. You should be able to complete these Hidden Missions in just a couple of attempts.

  • Don't get hit by Forgo Dedede's fire attack.
  • Clear by using a second-level evolved ability.
  • Clear In the Presence of the King within 2:00.
  • Clear In the Presence of the King without taking any damage.

The second Hidden Mission should be pretty easy to get. At this point in the game, you should have a few second-level evolved abilities.

The fastest way to beat Forgot Dedede is with the Meta Knight Sword ability, which you can unlock in the colosseum after beating Wondaria Remains. You might want to pick up some extra health at Waddle Dee’s Item Shop in Waddle Dee Town, because you'll need to tank some damage to clear the fight this quickly.

To complete the battle without getting hit, you must keep your distance from Forgo Dedede when he's attacking. He will hit the ground before unleashing a series of fire tornados, but they don’t reach far. Keeping your distance and using the Ranger or Bomb (or Cutter) abilities to dispatch Forgo Dedede is a great way to not get hit.

Use the links below to jump to each level in Originull Wasteland:

All Hidden Waddle Dees in The Wastes Where Life Began

There are three Hidden Waddle Dees in the Wastes Where Life Began.

Wastes Where Life Began Waddle Dee 1: Collect Five Star Bits

  • Star Bit 1: In the chest guarded by a snake near the start of the level.
  • Star Bit 2: Hit the four green switches on the platforms over the poison swamp.
  • Star Bit 3: Using Ring Mouth, make the three windmills blow on the platforms above the poison.
  • Star Bit 4: In a hidden chest you must blast the sand using Ring Mouth to unlock.
  • Star Bit 5: Defeat Fleurina on the ship.

Wastes Where Life Began Waddle Dee 2

Early on in the stage’s second area, you'll see a crack in the floor. Above it is a column stuck in a patch of sand.

You’ll need to use the nearby Ring Mouth to blow the sand away and let the column fall to break the ground. The second Hidden Waddle Dee hides here.

Wastes Where Life Began Waddle Dee 3

You’ll see another cracked ground and column situation shortly after. Doing the same thing here will reveal a door to the hidden area where the final Waddle Dee can be won.

When you enter, turn right and jump across the platforms to the right. Once you reach the end, quickly turn and jump back to the platform on your left where the hidden friend awaits.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Searching the Oasis

There are five hidden Waddle Dees to save in Searching the Oasis.

Searching the Oasis Waddle Dee 1

The first one of this level can be found a little ways in, past the dangerous snake guarding a secret path. Defeat it to proceed down the path to a secret swimming pool where the Hidden Waddle Dee is hanging out.

Searching the Oasis Waddle Dee 2

Past the first Poison Croakom in the level, look to the right to see a ladder on a tower detached from the main path. Climb it and navigate three moving platforms to obtain the second Hidden Waddle Dee.

Searching the Oasis Waddle Dee 3

On the other side of the aforementioned moving platforms, there is a dome. Defeat the enemies that spawn in the area and then go Mouthful on the dome to wriggle it open. This reveals a ladder down to a large pipe and an obstacle course you must navigate as Pipe Mouth Kirby.

The Hidden Waddle Dee is behind a cracked wall at the very end of the section. Make sure you nail the final jump on that last big wooden ramp so you don’t have to do this part over.

Searching the Oasis Waddle Dee 4

The fourth Hidden Waddle Dee is found in the stage’s secret room. This is found behind the fence that also has poison on it. This means you’ll need Water Balloon Mouth and the Drill ability to enter it.

Once you’re in you’ll need to collect five Green Star Bits. But this is a speed challenge as each Star Bit is on your path, the path just happens to be sinking into the poison lava.

One of the piles on a platform always has a Star Bit. So, as a general strategy, you’ll want to dig down on the first pile of a platform and come up at the last one in order to grab whatever was hiding under each.

Searching the Oasis Waddle Dee 5

You can find the final Hidden Waddle Dee of the level behind the last Poison Croakom. To find out how to solve the area’s puzzle and defeat this massive enemy, consult our Originull Wasteland Hidden Mission guide linked near the top of this guide.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Alivel Mall (Staff Side)

There are five Hidden Waddle Dees to save in the Alivel Mall (Staff Side) stage.

Alivel Mall (Staff Side) Waddle Dee 1

When you find a wall with a bomb block in the center, attack it to reveal a Ring you can inhale. Retrace your steps as Ring Mouth Kirby until you find the room with the spinning platforms and a circular hole in the cracked wall. Jump into the hole as Ring Mouth Kirby to save the first Hidden Waddle Dee.

Alivel Mall (Staff Side) Waddle Dee 2

Past the platforms over the spikes, you'll want to inhale a knight for a Sword ability. Keep going to your right until you see a bit of false ground tied to a vine.

Cut the vine and drop down to find a Vending Machine you’ll need to go Mouthful Mode on. Use the portal to get teleported back up the main level and go back to the platforms above the spikes.

Here you'll see a rectangular indentation in the wall where you can jump in and save the second Hidden Waddle Dee.

Alivel Mall (Staff Side) Waddle Dee 3

In the next area, you'll find an enemy you should inhale if you don’t have the Cutter equipped. Climb the ladder to the left and make a right here instead of heading through the door. This will take you to a hidden door to a challenge room containing a Wild Bonkers fight.

Once the mini-boss is defeated, you’ll be rewarded with a Hidden Waddle Dee. Make sure to grab the Hammer he drops for the next objective.

Alivel Mall (Staff Side) Waddle Dee 4

Break through the cardboard boxes in the next area to reveal a secret area with a stump switch in the upper right-hand corner of the ceiling. Jump up to hit it with the hammer (that you picked up from Wild Bonkers) to cause a ring to fall back in the main room.

Inhale it to go Ring mode and backtrack to your left a bit. Earlier you may have seen a treasure chest hidden in a pile of sand. You’ll want to return to it and blow on it to be able to rescue the Hidden Waddle Dee within.

Alivel Mall (Staff Side) Waddle Dee 5

Stay in Ring Mouth mode and go as far right as you can until you hit a giant hole in the floor. you'll see you need to cross a spinning platform to reach a hole you can fit in on a side platform to the right. This will open up a small room where you can drink water to become Water Balloon Mouth Kirby.

Go back to the hole in the floor to find you'll now fit perfectly. Doing so will reveal the final Hidden Waddle Dee of the level.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Moonlight Canyon

There are five Hidden Waddle Dees in the Moonlight Canyon level.

Moonlight Canyon Waddle Dee 1

The first Hidden Waddle Dee of this return to the mall is found in the Light-Bulb Mouth Kirby section that you have to illuminate. Continue in this section until you find two canons. you'll see a path of coins leading you around to the platform the canons are on.

The secret path behind the second canon leads to a battery. You must hold down B to charge it up. Doing this will reveal the stairs to the first hidden friendo.

Moonlight Canyon Waddle Dee 2

Later in the Light-Bulb Mouth section, you’ll find the next Waddle Dee near the exit door. Instead of going through it initially, head left to a hidden battery you need to charge. Charging it all the way will make the hidden friend appear.

Moonlight Canyon Waddle Dee 3

In the level’s next section, you'll have to descend to a spot with a platform made of falling blocks below two ladders. Move towards the camera to reveal the Hidden Waddle Dee. Navigate the blocks carefully and go up the ladder on the right.

Moonlight Canyon Waddle Dee 4

As you pass some falling blocks and upward-facing canons, notice how a block path leads upwards. Follow this up to find an opportunity to find Scissor-Lift Kirby. Use the lift ability to hit a blue switch on the ceiling and then avoid the Gordos to make your way to the now unlocked Secret Room.

In the room, you must navigate past enemies on a disappearing bridge. Using the Scissor-Lift Mouth, stay in low mode for the first walkway. You’ll need to eject for the next two walkways where you must be Kirby. Avoid the Sleep power-ups that will make you fall and platform your way to the Hidden Waddle Dee at the end.

Moonlight Canyon Waddle Dee 5

At the end of the level’s Arc Mouth gliding section, you'll see a pillar crash from the right-hand side of the screen. As it falls there are two holes you can enter to pass through it. Enter the one on the right to find a secret path full of coins and the final Hidden Waddle Dee.

Go back to level list.

The Hidden Missions in Originull Wasteland in Kirby and the Forgotten Land may leave you scratching your head as many of them are hard to find in the world's puzzle box levels.

In this guide, we'll tell you where you can find each of the Hidden Missions in Originull Wasteland, as well as how to complete them.

Use the links below to jump to each level:

All Hidden Missions in the Wastes Where Life Began

There are three Hidden Missions in the Wastes Where Life Began.

Wastes Where Life Began Hidden Mission 1: Shoot 3 Flying Targets

Before attempting this Hidden Mission you need to inhale a Bernard to get the Ranger ability. Then you’ll need to locate the three targets.

  • The first is in the first area, above the Star Bit you get from hitting the four green switches. It is floating above a shipping container.
  • The second target is up in the sky just to the left of the first.
  • The third target can be hard to spot. It is very high up above the arrow sign that points you towards the next part of the stage.

Wastes Where Life Began Hidden Mission 2: Defeat the Lost Squishy

In the Northwest corner of the map of the first area, near the windmill puzzle, you'll find a lone squid enemy. This is the lost Squishy and all you need to do is bop it with an ability or burst of air to defeat it and complete this Hidden Mission.

Wastes Where Life Began Hidden Mission 3: Defeat Fleurina Using Ring Mouth

You’ll need Ring Mouth to get a couple of other Star Bits in the area where you fight Fleurina. The trick for this Hidden Mission is to not use the ladder up to the ship. Instead, walk around the perimeter to get on top of some rubble. From here you can jump to the ship. Using Ring Mouth mode the fight is a literal breeze

All Hidden Missions in Searching the Oasis

There are three Hidden Missions in the Searching the Oasis level of Originull Wasteland.

Searching the Oasis Hidden Mission 1: Take a Nap by the Secret Pool

Defeat the big snake that is guarding the Waddle Dee by the pool. Near this location, there is a Noddy, the sleepy Kirby-like enemy you inhale to use the Sleep ability and restore some health. Inhale this harmless enemy to take a nap by the pool for this Hidden Mission.

Searching the Oasis Hidden Mission 2: Defeat 2 Poison Croakoms

You’ll see Poison Croakoms before you can defeat them. It’s only once you reach the part of the stage with Water-Balloon Kirby that you have to worry about this Hidden Mission. Find a spigot and fill yourself up before finding these Croakoms in the area.

  • The first is just to the right past where you fill up. you'll be able to douse it in water to defeat it.
  • The second Poison Croakom is further in the level, up a ladder next to a lift platform with a water spigot on it.
    • To get the lift to the second story, you need the Drill ability.
    • Look to the left for a fence you need to dig under. From here, ascend the ladder on the other side that leads to a switch, which will raise the platform the water pipe is on.

Searching the Oasis Hidden Mission 3: Diligent Digging in the Secret Room

The secret room in Searching the Oasis is in a door that is blocked by a fence and a spot of poison. You’ll need Water Balloon Mouth and the Drill ability to enter the room where you must collect five Star Bits to get the Waddle Dee hidden within it.

To complete this Hidden Mission you must also dig up every sparkling pile of dirt in the area.

Alivel Mall (Staff Side) Hidden Mission 2: Defeat Wild Bonkers with the Cutter Ability

Right outside the door to the Wild Bonkers fight is an enemy you can absorb to get the Cutter ability. Do this before going into the mini-boss battle, and you’ll be set up to complete this mission.

Alivel Mall (Staff Side) Hidden Mission 3: Fit Through All Holes Using Mouthful Modes

All Hidden Missions in Moonlight Canyon

There are three Hidden Missions in the Moonlight Canyon level of Originull Wasteland.

Moonlight Canyon Hidden Mission 1: Remove 3 Wanted Posters

  • Right before the exit of the first area of the stage, with the falling blocks, you'll find the first poster.
  • After you find the second Waddle Dee in the Light-Bulb Mouth section, the wanted poster is to the left of the Waddle Dee’s location.
  • From the location of the third Waddle Dee, out on the falling block bridge, walk towards the ladder to your right. As you climb, you'll see the final poster in a small alcove to your left that you can jump to.

Moonlight Canyon Hidden Mission 2: Clear the Secret Room Without Falling

As you pass some falling blocks and upward-facing canons, notice how some blocks lead upwards  the opposite direction of the arrow sign below. Follow this up to find to become Scissor-Lift Kirby. Use this Mouthful Mode ability to hit a blue switch on the ceiling and then avoid the Gordos to make your way to the now unlocked Secret Room.

There are many falling blocks in this room, so you have to navigate it without falling. The guide through this area and to the Hidden Waddle Dee that lies at the end can be found in our Originull Wasteland Waddle Dee guide

Moonlight Canyon Hidden Mission 3: Find the Treasure by Cactus Triplets

At the very end of the stage, you'll want to look behind the final cage of Waddle Dees. There is a cactus back here hiding a hidden treasure. Finding it will make you richer and mark this Hidden Mission complete.

All Hidden Missions in Collector in the Sleepless Valley

The Hidden Missions in this boss level can actually all be collected in one go, but a couple of them may get pretty tough. Here are all four of the Hidden Missions in the SillyDillo fight:

  • Hit 3 of Sillydillo's handmade Kirbys.
  • Defeat Sillydillo with the Hammer ability.
  • Clear within 2:00.
  • Clear without taking any damage.

At the start of the fight, we recommend taking the Hammer ability in order to get this easy mission complete. By this point in the game, you can unlock the Wild Hammer upgrade for the Hammer Copy Ability. If you need to find the blueprint, we can help you with that in our Kirby and the Forgotten Land blueprints guide

In Sillydillo’s second phase, it will summon handmade (not so epic) yarn Kirby’s to fight against you. Destroying three of these will be easy as long as you focus on them and not Sillydillo during this part of the fight. At least until you see the Hidden Mission is complete.

The last two might be tough your first go at this boss. We recommend first fully upgrading your Bomb Copy ability and using that to deal massive damage to SillyDillo quickly and from a distance.

It gets easier and easier to miss Hidden Waddle Dees as you progress to the later levels of Kirby and the Forgotten Land. There are more of them on average per level, and they tend to be a bit trickier to discover.

Finding them allows you to increase your total count and unlock everything Waddle Dee Town has to offer. As you collect more of them, more stores and mini-games unlock in the hub.

Where to Find All Hidden Waddle Dees in Winter Horns

This walkthrough guide will show how to find all 18 Hidden Waddle Dees in Winter Horns. If you're looking for all of the Hidden Missions, head over here to our companion guide to the Winter Horns world in Kirby and the Forgotten Land.

Use the links below to jump to each level:

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Winter Horns' Northeast Frost Street

There are four Hidden Waddle Dees in the Northeast Frost Street level of Winter Horns.

Northeast Frost Street Waddle Dee 1

After you get the Vending Mouth in the first area of the stage, search for a stack of boxes with a bomb block in the middle.

Shooting the block will create a pathway to that part of the stage. From that spot head upwards and defeat the snowballs to find a weak metal wall that is hiding the first Hidden Waddle Dee.

Northeast Frost Street Waddle Dee 2

In the next area, you'll find a door guarded by some bars. This is the entrance to the mini-game that will reward you with the next Hidden Waddle Dee. To access it, inhale a Ranger and follow the cloud walkway around the corner where you'll see a target floating in mid-air. Shoot it to raise the bars and unlock the secret area.

Once you’re in, you’ll have to solve a shooting range puzzle to get the Waddle Dee. First, shoot the Red Star Switch on the right side. This will lower the bars in the middle and give you an opportunity to shoot the moving target.

You’ll want to time your shot a bit ahead of your target because of travel time so factor that into your shot and you'll unlock the path to the Waddle Dee in no time.

Northeast Frost Street Waddle Dee 3

At the end of this area, there will be a series of see-saw platforms. The largest comes at the end. If you are on it, you'll see when it dips to the left there is a bomb block hiding a hole in the wall. Blast it to find the third Hidden Waddle Dee of the level.

Northeast Frost Street Waddle Dee 4

When you get to the third staircase of the stage’s final area, inhale it like you did the others. You’ll need to be a level below to get the Waddle Dee, so waddle over to the far left and drop down via a gap in the railing.

Now, move back to the opposite side of the level below to find a previously unbreakable wall now crushable in Stair Mouth mode.

This will reveal a hidden room where the Waddle Dee is encased floating in the top corner. Move the stairs over to the back of the room, spit them out and climb to reach the final Hidden Waddle Dee in Northeast Frost Street.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Winter Horns' Metro On Ice

There are four Hidden Waddle Dees in Winter Horns’ Metro on Ice level.

Metro on Ice Waddle Dee 1

Right after the area fight, you'll be put into an area with four Star Nails you need to hit with your Hammer ability. Each of the nails is in the four corners of the room and once you whack them all a hole where the Waddle Dee is hiding will be revealed.

Metro on Ice Waddle Dee 2

You’ll want to hold on to the Hammer ability for the second Hidden Waddle Dee. You’ll need to whack all the star nails in the level’s next section to reveal the path to the first secret passage. In this room, you’ll need to collect five green star bits to unlock the path to this one.

  • The first star bit is in the middle walkway.
  • The second is on the island to the left.
  • On the right island, whack the peg on the ice with your Hammer and the third star bit will reveal itself.
  • The fourth is behind a fence at the back of the room, guarded by Gordos
  • The final star bit is in a dome in the upper area of the room.

Metro on Ice Waddle Dee 3

Towards the end of the second area of Metro on Ice, you'll see a ladder leading to two Balloon-Meisters. They are guarding the treasure chest that contains Waddle Dee number 3.

Metro on Ice Waddle Dee 4

At the end of the stage, you'll need Cone Mouth Kirby. During this segment, you'll encounter a large moving metal structure. As it moves back and forth you see it sometimes reveals a crack in the ice below it. Use the Cone to crack it and reveal a pathway behind it and to a pipe, you'll have to crack as well. Break the pipe to ride the water up on top of the structure, where you'll find the Waddle Dee’s cage floating at the end of the platform.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Winter Horns' Windy, Freezing Seas

There are five Hidden Waddle Dees in the Windy, Freezing Seas level.

Windy, Freezing Seas Waddle Dee 1

When you get to the second Buffahorn in the first section of the level, walk toward the camera to find a hidden platform with a pipe. you'll need to enter Pipe Mouth mode and you'll be sent on an incline and then off a ramp. Time your jump off the ramp to line up so that you get the extra boost into the wall on the other side, cracking it to reveal the stage’s first Hidden Waddle Dee.

Windy, Freezing Seas Waddle Dee 2

In the Ring Mouth boat steering area, you'll see this Hidden Waddle Dee behind a grate next to an ice wall. Use the boat to crash through the wall and rescue this one.

Windy, Freezing Seas Waddle Dee 3

On the screen where you exit Ring Mouthful mode, you'll want to inhale a Hot Head for Fire. There will be a platform on the right with a capsule floating there. When you reach it, the camera will reveal a path to an alcove blocked by ice you need to melt. Behind it is the third Hidden Waddle Dee.

Windy, Freezing Seas Waddle Dee 4

The final Hidden Waddle Dee of the stage is in the last section where the wind pushes you forward. Stay to the right and you'll see a blue railing. In front of it is a crater with the friend captured down there. Jump over or go around to rescue the critter and complete the mission.

Windy, Freezing Seas Waddle Dee 5

The final Waddle Dee is found in the secret underground cavern. Right at the end of the level, inhale the lone Hot Head for its fire ability and head for the left of the Big Kabu to find the secret entrance.

In this room you’ll want to find the lift to engage Scissor-Lift Mouthful Mode. Move the lift left and to reach an alcove where the end of a cannon fuse is hiding. Light the fuse and then jump down, inhale the Scissor-Lift again and move to as far right as you can go to reach the cannon.

Once you’re at peak height ejecting will automatically spit you into the cannon. Do this in a timely manner to get fired up to the ledge where the final one hides.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Winter Horns' The Battle of Blizzard Bridge

The Battle of Blizzard Bridge level in Winter Horns has five Hidden Waddle Dees to find. Each section of Blizzard Bridge has a boss encounter followed by an area you can only access using the weapon the boss dropped. This is where the level hides its Hidden Waddle Dees.

Battle of Blizzard Bridge Waddle Dee 1

In the Sword Secret room, you first have to cut down a cone from a vine to make it land on a moving platform. Time your slice just before the platform is underneath so it has a little time to fall.

Absorb the cone and find a weak floor to smash into up ahead that will reveal itself as the hiding place of the first Hidden Waddle Dee.

Battle of Blizzard Bridge Waddle Dee 2

This Waddle Dee is the reward for completing the Tornado Secret room. Use the Tornado ability to power the yellow fan in the water, raising the bars to a red switch in the room.

Dash using your Tornado to hit this switch to raise the walkway out of the water. Now, you'll want to inhale the nearby Vending Machine because you'll be level with a weak shutter on the left wall. Breaking it with soda cans will reveal this friendo.

Battle of Blizzard Bridge Waddle Dee 3

Inside the Hammer room, you’ll need to inhale a car to enter Car Mouthful mode and boost across to the opposite side of the stage, making the big jump at the end. Boost through the cracked wall on the other side to reach the Hidden Waddle Dee.

Battle of Blizzard Bridge Waddle Dee 4

After the Hammer room, you'll find the fourth Waddle Dee floating in his cage just above the water below a series of concrete and ice platforms you must navigate. You can pretty much just jump down to the exact spot, take the damage, and respawn back up on solid ground having marked the objective as done.

Battle of Blizzard Bridge Waddle Dee 5

The final Waddle Dee of Blizzard Bridge is in the Ice Secret room. When you enter look to your right (Kirby’s left) and freeze the Kabu bouncing around before you kick it through the hole in the grate.

It will hit the Red Star Switch and raise a platform in the water. Run to where the big pipe is and inhale it to enter Pipe Mouthful mode. Just a breezy roll down the slope and a jump through a cracked wall will put you right in front of the last one.

Completing all of the Hidden Missions in Kirby and the Forgotten Land can be a great way to see the most creative parts of each level while also collecting essential Waddle Dees. However, some Hidden Missions can be trickier to discover (or to achieve) than others, especially as you push on to the second half of the game.

Winter Horns is the fourth icy world of The Forgotten Land. Here is how to complete every Hidden Mission in Winter Horns.

Use the links below to jump to each level:

All Hidden Missions in Winter Horns' Northeast Frost Street

There are three Hidden Missions in the Northeast Frost Street level.

Northeast Frost Street Hidden Mission 1: Destroy 4 Animal Snow Sculptures

  • The first snow sculpture is immediately after the level starts, on the right side near a pair of benches.

  • The second doggy sculpture is found right before the star that takes you to the second part of the stage. It is popping out from behind a tree in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

  • In between the first and second set of see-saw buildings, you'll be on a platform with stairs leading down. Follow the stairs and go around an unseen corner to find the third sculpture.

  • The final sculpture is to the right of the third and final staircase you inhale in the last section of the level.

Northeast Frost Street Hidden Mission 2: Find the Side Alley

The alley in question comes after the first snow animal sculpture. To the left of a purple penguin atop a set of stairs are some ruins with a tree. To the left of the tree is a gap in the wall leading to a secret alley.

Aside from completing this Hidden Mission, a pile of 50 Star Coins and a sleeping Awoofy is the reward you’ll get for this discovery.

Northeast Frost Street Hidden Mission 3: Reach the Clocktower

When you’re approaching the end of the stage where the final three caged Waddle Dees await, you'll see a clocktower in the background.

From this final platform jump and float to your left, and you'll discover a secret path that leads up the tower.

All Hidden Missions in Winter Horns' Metro on Ice

There are three Hidden Missions in the Metro on Ice stage of Winter Horns.

Metro on Ice Hidden Mission 1: Stand on Top of 2 Trains

Both of the trains for this Hidden Mission come super early in the level, so be sure not to miss your stops.

  • The first train for the Hidden Mission will appear first on your right. Up ahead of some seats will be a broken column you can jump on in order to get enough height to reach the top of the train car.

  • The second train is right after the arena fight in this part of the level. Look for a platform on the left-hand side to jump to. Once you do you'll see a path up to the top of a new train that was previously concealed.

Metro on Ice Hidden Mission 2: Find 2 Secret Passages

  • To spot the first passage, look for a row of yellow seats near a Bouncy and Mookie monkey enemy. Whack all three near Star Nails using the Hammer to reveal a hidden escalator that will take you down the first passage.

  • The second passage for this Hidden Mission comes shortly after. On the same screen actually, but in the bottom right corner. Here you'll find a barricade in front of a passageway that leads off-screen.

Metro on Ice Hidden Mission 3: Check Inside the Shipping Container

From the location of the final Hidden Waddle Dee in the level, simply cross the narrow walkway to your right to find stairs up a short stack of boxes. Destroy them to find the shipping container for this Hidden Mission.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in Winter Horns' Windy, Freezing Seas

There are three Hidden Missions in Windy, Freezing Seas.

Windy, Freezing Seas Hidden Mission 1: Find a Cave Safe from the Wind

You’ll need the Spike ability to get this Hidden Mission completed.

After you get the first Hidden Waddle Dee of the stage, look left for a thin walkway above the water. The wind is blowing extra hard here, but you can deploy your spikes to get traction and make it into the doorway that is hidden at the end without getting blown away. The cave is just beyond this passage holding some goodies.

Windy, Freezing Seas Hidden Mission 2: Enjoy 3 Meals at Sea

All three of these food items can be found in the area where you use Ring Mouth Kirby to steer the boat.

  • The first is just to the left of the dock where you find the boat, right before a cracked ice walkway you must bust open.

  • The second is behind a formidable Balloon-Meister in the upper right section of this area.

  • You’ll need to lower a spike wall in the water to enjoy the final meal. Depart on the landmass near the Balloon-Meister and blast some air into the yellow fan. This lowers the wall that lets you access the area where the third meal is floating before you.

Windy, Freezing Seas Hidden Mission 3: Jump Into the Secret Underground Room

In the section with the canons and hurricane winds, you'll need the Fire copy ability on hand. Near the end of this section, you'll encounter a Big Kabu. By lighting the lantern before it to spawn a coin path, or just by exploration, you'll find a downward path to a secret underground room.

There’s a puzzle down there, but for this Hidden Mission, that’s as far as you need to go.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in Winter Horns' The Battle of Blizzard Bridge

There are three Hidden Missions in The Battle of Blizzard Bridge.

Each section of this level has a boss encounter followed by a secret area you can only access using the weapon the boss dropped. This contains a Hidden Waddle Dee and usually a wanted poster.

Battle of Blizzard Bride Hidden Mission 1: Remove 4 Wanted Posters

  • The first is to the left of where you find Waddle Dee 1 in the Sword Secret room.

  • The second poster is above the exit of the Tornado Secret room, but you'll not be able to climb up there until after solving the puzzle in the room. After doing so, a set of stairs leading to the poster will appear.

  • In the Hammer Secret room, it is near the entrance on the right side, near the hammer tossing monkey.

  • The final wanted poster is in the Ice Secret room. Use the Pipe Mouthful to smash through the stage. When you exit glide up to where you can now see the poster above and exhale to remove it.

Battle of Blizzard Bride Hidden Mission 2: Beat Twin Wild Frosty without Getting Hit

Near the end of the level, you'll have to fight two Frosty mini-boss enemies at once. It’s not an easy fight by Kirby and the Forgotten Lands standards and doing it without getting hit is no easy feat.

We recommend using the Homing Bomb or Volcano Fire, the latter especially has great distance and the fire does damage over time to the Twin Wild Frosties.

Battle of Blizzard Bride Hidden Mission 3: Take a detour and Find a Maxim Tomato

At the very start of the stage, look for a regular-looking pile of rubble on the left side of the bridge. Poking around will lead you to a passage that takes you to a small alcove holding a Maxim Tomato for this Hidden Mission.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in Winter Horns' An Unexpected Beast King

There are four Hidden Missions in this boss level of Winter Horns. This face-off against King Dedede is where you'll be able to complete each one of these objectives.

  • Swallow King Dedede's Hammer
  • Clear Without Guarding
  • Clear Within 1:30
  • Clear Without Taking Damage

After the first phase of the fight, roughly half of Dedede's health bar, the King will drop his hammer. Use this opportunity to quickly eject the ability you are using and swallow his hammer to get this first mission checked off.

Using the guard button on the right bumper (R1) is a great way to mitigate the damage you take. It also enables you to dash and dodge. In order to complete the second Hidden Mission in this boss fight, you aren't able to use this helpful technique at all.

This is not an easy fight to do quickly or without taking damage. We recommend coming back when you have the most powerful versions of your Copy Abilities, especially Bombs, Fire, and Ranger.

Go back to level list.

That's how you find and complete the Hidden Missions in Winter Horns. If you need to find the Hidden Missions in other worlds like Wondaria Remains, look no further than our Kirby and the Forgotten Land guides.

Finding the deviously hidden Waddle Dees is one of the main ways to progress in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Like all of the other worlds except the last one, Wondaria Remains has more than a dozen locations to find.

Finding Waddle Dees give Kirby more upgrade options and helpful shops at which to buy items. But most importantly, they serve as the core challenge and fun of the game. If some of them have you completionists out there stumped, here is where to find all Hidden Waddle Dees located in World 3, Wondaria Remains.

Where to Find All Hidden Waddle Dees in Wondaria Remains

There are 17 Hidden Waddle Dees to find across the four regular stages of Wondaria Remains. Some of them are obvious but require dexterity and secret strategy. Others are tucked away into the most innocuous corners of a level.

Use the links below to jump to each level:

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Wondaria Remains' Welcome to Wondaria

There are four Hidden Waddle Dees in the Welcome to Wondaria stage of World 3.

Welcome to Wondaria Waddle Dee 1

In the second area of the level with the parade robots, you can find a red switch. Pressing it will spawn the first Waddle Dee and start a timer. Traverse your way to the opposite side of the area in time to reach it.

Welcome to Wondaria Waddle Dee 2

There will be two exits to the next room. Take the ladder up to the one on the right, and you'll wind up next to a roller coaster track where Kirby can go Coaster Mouth. This sequence has you tilting to collect coins and flip switches. The final blue switch of the sequence is on your left just before the end. Hitting it will open up the cage where the second Hidden Waddle Dee resides.

Welcome to Wondaria Waddle Dee 3

The next area has spinning purple platforms with carnival rides on them. Look for one of these platforms that leads to a stable platform on the left with a blue switch. Hit the switch, and your next Hidden Waddle Dee will appear on the next spinning platform.

Welcome to Wondaria Waddle Dee 4

The final Waddle Dee of Welcome to Wondaria can be found while cleaning the muddy fountain. As Water-Balloon Kirby, you don’t have to clear every inch of mud from the fountain to progress to the end of the level, but if you do, you are rewarded with a hidden friend.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Wondaria Remains' Circuit Speedway

There are four Hidden Waddle Dees in the Circuit Speedway level of Wondaria Remains.

Circuit Speedway Waddle Dee 1

Earn the first Hidden Waddle Dee of the Speedway by coming in first place in the race at the beginning. You'll need to complete it in under 25 seconds using Turbo Boosts and jumping.

Circuit Speedway Waddle Dee 2

In the area after the race, you'll need to roll a bomb down a ramp to hit a blue switch. Doing so will open up a challenge area. This room contains a trickier bomb and switch puzzle you must solve by timing your bomb rolls safely from one platform to the next. This will detonate on the switch, opening up the gate where the second one Waddle Dee can be found.

Circuit Speedway Waddle Dee 3

There will be a door heading to the next stage after you fight a Wild Edge in the middle of the stage. Look to the right of the door. You'll see a secret passage hidden behind some grass. This will lead you right to the third Hidden Waddle Dee of Circuit Speedway.

Circuit Speedway Waddle Dee 4

The fourth and final Hidden Waddle Dee of Circuit Speedway is earned by coming in first in the second race. The best way to do this is by using shortcuts. We outline where to find the big ones in our Wondaria Remains Hidden Missions guide

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Wondaria Remains' Invasion at the House of Horrors

There are four Hidden Waddle Dees in the Invasion at the House of Horrors stage.

Invasion at the House of Horrors Waddle Dee 1

The first one in House of Horrors can be found on a slightly obscured path to the right, just before you enter the first section’s exit door. You'll find a floating box alternating between a picture of a Waddle Dee and a picture of a spiky Gordo. Attack it when the Waddle Dee is pictured.

Invasion at the House of Horrors Waddle Dee 2

The next two are found in the dark room where you use Light-Bulb Mouth Kirby to progressively light up the area. Eventually, you’ll see an arrow sign pointing to a set of stairs with an Energy Drink sitting at the top. Jump up to the drink, and then hop to the left to the top of the stairs. From there, you’ll see a platform to the left with a secret door to a challenge room.

The room gives you the Cutter ability and a puzzle with another Waddle Dee and Gordo box. After you pick up the Cutter, send an attack through the hole in the fence and hold B. Run around to the other side parallel to the box so the cutter will boomerang back to you.

Hit the box on the way. Make sure the box has just turned to the Waddle Dee icon when you release the button.

Invasion at the House of Horrors Waddle Dee 3

At the end of the dark section, there’s a hidden path to the right of the exit door. There is a battery there you must illuminate and charge in order to free a Hidden Waddle Dee. Charge it, and let go right as the meter fills. If you hold it a second longer the Ghost Gordo in the room will hit you.

Invasion at the House of Horrors Waddle Dee 4

There are three cardboard aliens that will pop out in a row on your left during the Vending Machine Mouth section at the end of House of Horrors. Stand directly in front of them and shoot all of them. They are obscuring the final Hidden Waddle Dee.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Wondaria Remains' The Wondaria Dream Parade

There are five Hidden Waddle Dees in the Wondaria Dream Parade level.

Wondaria Dream Parade Waddle Dee 1

The first Waddle Dee is seen pretty easily to your left before you go through the star door that takes you to the second part of the level. This one can be found floating in a cage across from a pit of spikes that you must hover over.

Wondaria Dream Parade Waddle Dee 2

Look for three robots circling on a platform in the muddy area. Below them is a hidden door. The room holds a secret race track, and you must beat it in 5.5 seconds to win the Waddle Dee.

The trick is to not inhale the car first. Instead, inhale the cone in front of the car. Back up and Spike Downward on the crack in the floor behind the car to reveal a switch. Hitting this switch creates a major shortcut that will let you complete the race in less than 5 seconds.

Wondaria Dream Parade Waddle Dee 3

The third Hidden Waddle Dee is at the end of Dream Parade's muddy section. Inhale the enemy that gives you the Tornado ability on the last big elevated platform before the exit. You'll see this one ahead. Hold down, forward, and the attack button (B) to reach a small platform above the hole where the exit door leads you out.

Wondaria Dream Parade Waddle Dee 4

Later in the level, you'll see a spigot where you can suck up water right before a horizontal parade of robots come filing in. There is a gap and a cracked wall before the parade. Shoot the big robots into the wall using your water spray as Water-Balloon Mouth Kirby. This will weaken the wall and reveal the next Hidden Waddle Dee.

Wondaria Dream Parade Waddle Dee 5

The final Waddle Dee of Wondaria Remains is in the section where you are running towards the screen from robots. About halfway down, look for a hole in the ground on the right side of the screen. This will have a switch that will open another hole at the bottom left corner of the platform where the Waddle Dee is waiting to be rescued.

The Hidden Missions in Kirby and the Forgotten Land can be tricky to find, but they are crucial to rescuing all the Waddle Dees the game has to offer. World 3, Wondaria Remains, is no different.

This guide to Kirby and the Forgotten Land will tell you where to find and how to complete all of the Hidden Missions in Wondaria Remains. It also includes tips for besting some of the harder Hidden Missions, including those for the world's final boss.

Use the links below to jump to each level:

All Hidden Missions in Wondaria Remains' Welcome to Wondaria

There are three Hidden Missions in Welcome to Wondaria.

Welcome to Wondaria Hidden Mission 1: Help the Lost Ducklings Find Their Mama

There will be five cute yellow ducklings scattered throughout the early parts of the first level. You'll want to collect them all by walking near them and deliver them to their worried mother.

  • The first duckling is up the first stairs and to the left. Walk by it to collect it.

  • The second duckling is on the other side of the stairs, to the right of the rocket statue.

  • The third duckling is hiding behind the sign with the theme park map displayed on it.

  • The fourth is behind the popcorn cart just left of where the larger mama duck is stranding.

  • The fifth and final duckling is tricky. You'll need to jump on a hedge behind the rocket statue to walk behind the statue. There is a secret passage here, and you'll only be able to see Kirby's silhouette as you walk. Once you are far enough in you'll see the silhouette of the fifth duckling. Return them all to mama to complete the mission.

Welcome to Wondaria Hidden Mission 2: Enjoy the View From the Top of the Rocket

This Hidden Mission can be done right at the entrance to the park at the start of the level. There will be a statue a rocket ship and dogs sitting on a planet out front. Use various parts of the statue to climb to the top.

Welcome to Wondaria Hidden Mission 3: Make All the Wilted Flowers Bloom

After the Coaster Mouth section of the stage, the next Mouthful section will require you to use Water-Balloon Mouth Kirby to bloom all of the dying flowers. The first spigot can be found right before the first section of four wilted flowers you'll need to spray.

You’ll take a ladder up to another spigot and three more wilted flowers. Spray them and then spray the suspicious mud patch in the right-hand corner of the area to reveal the eighth and final flower. This Hidden Mission will grant you the Toy Hammer blueprint.

All Hidden Missions in Wondaria Remains' Circuit Speedway

There are three Hidden Missions in Wondaria’s Circuit Speedway.

Circuit Speedway Hidden Mission 1: Reach the First Race's Goal Within 20 Seconds

There are two races in Circuit Speedway that require Kirby to inhale the race car in Mouthful mode. For the first Hidden Mission in the level, you'll need to boost your way to the end of the race in less than 20 seconds. Use the turbo boost whenever you accelerate, and hit the ramps to jump off the tire stacks and shave down your time.

Circuit Speedway Hidden Mission 2: Defeat Wild Edge Using an Invincible Candy

After you save the second Hidden Waddle Dee of the stage, you'll be able to go up a hidden ladder to find an Invincible Candy. Once you eat the candy, head for the door leading forward. This will put you in an arena with a Wild Edge boss enemy who, if you still have your Invincible Candy active, should be easily eliminated.

Circuit Speedway Hidden Mission 3: Boost Through the Cardboard Shortcuts

The final Hidden Mission in Circuit Speedway can be found during the second speedway race. There are many shortcuts in this long race, but you’ll have to use the specific ones marked by cardboard boxes to complete this mission.

  • The first cardboard shortcut is on your left during the first muddy section, allowing you to skip taking an annoying corner.

  • The second shortcut needs to be taken off your first ramp. Look to your left, and you’ll see a gap in the fence around the track. Boost and jump off the ramp to cross the water and slam through the cardboard, cutting out a big part of the race and saving a Waddle Dee.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in Wondaria Remains' Invasion at the House of Horrors

There are three Hidden Missions in Invasion at the House of Horrors in Wondaria Remains.

Invasion at the House of Horrors Hidden Mission 1: Clear Without Touching Any Ghost Gordos

Completing this Hidden Mission simply requires caution. The Ghost Gordos appear in the dark maze that you must illuminate using Light-Bulb Mouth Kirby. These translucent spike balls will home into your location whenever you light up in their vicinity.

Don't tap the illumination button to see where to go. If you try and keep the button held down, the Gordos will find you. Briefly illuminate the room to see the next step and quickly complete this Hidden Mission.

Invasion at the House of Horrors Hidden Mission 2: Eat 3 of the Ghosts' Hidden Snacks

  • The first ghost snack is hidden behind a stack of glowing hexagons early in the level, just before the first cloud bridge.

  • The second snack is at the end of the Light-Bulb Mouth section. Near the exit, you'll see a macaroon on a lowered platform that belongs to the ghosties.

  • In the next room, the third and final ghost snack is behind the hexagons near the large gap on the right side of the stage.

Invasion at the House of Horrors Hidden Mission 3: Destroy 13 Aliens Using Vending Mouth

The final section of the stage requires you to be Vending Machine Kirby. You must navigate a series of moving platforms that take you forward while cardboard aliens pop out on each side of you. Destroy all 13 to complete this Hidden Mission.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in Wondaria Remains' The Wondaria Dream Parade

There are three Hidden Missions in The Wondaria Dream Parade.

Wondaria Dream Parade Hidden Mission 1: Help the Lost Fucklings Find Their Mama

  • This duckling hunt is trickier than the first. The first duckling, however, can be found on a bench at the level’s start.

  • The second duckling can be found just past the first robot crossing. If you get hit by these, your ducklings will scatter and you'll have to retrieve them.

  • Head up the hill past the parade of robots. You'll be able to see the third and fourth ducklings on benches in the next section. The latter duckling will be next to a sleepy enemy.

  • Look for a suspicious coin leading to a secret path up ahead to find the fifth and final duckling. Once you retrieve it, head back the way you came and up the stairs ahead to find their mama.

Wondraia Dream Parade Hidden Mission 2: Remove Elfilin's Wanted Poster

After the race in this stage, you'll come across a Hidden Waddle Dee that can only be accessed using the Tornado ability. You can find a wanted poster on the left sidewall near this tower and one level below.

Wondraia Dream Parade Hidden Mission 3: Clear Without Stepping on Any Mud

One of the hardest Hidden Missions in Kirby and the Forgotten Land comes right after you rescue the ducklings. There are triangular neon platforms you must land on between large patches of mud. If you step on the mud even once, you cannot complete this Hidden Mission.

The most efficient way to complete this Hidden Mission is to use the Tornado ability, holding B and forward for quick bursts of movement.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in Wondaria Remains' Danger Under the Big Top

There are four Hidden Missions in Danger Under the Big Top in Wondaria Remains. All of these are achieved by mastering the world’s boss, Clawroline.

This giant cat can be challenging, but there are Copy Abilities that make it easy. As with all the final levels in Kirby and the Forgotten Land, you'll likely have to do the fight multiple times to complete all of the Hidden Missions.

  • Defeat Clawroline without hovering.
  • Hit high-up Clawroline using Ranger.
  • Clear the boss fight within 1:30.
  • Clear the boss fight without taking any damage.

The first Hidden Mission is tricky because one of the best ways to avoid Clawroline’s attacks is to float above them. Instead, you’ll have to dodge quickly by pressing the guard button (right bumper by default) and moving the analog stick in whichever direction you wish to dodge. Timing these dodges perfectly will leave Clawroline open for massive damage.

For the second Hidden Mission, you must pick the Ranger ability when starting the fight. During her second phase, Clawroline will hop up onto the rafters. The only way to damage her from here is if you have the Ranger ability equipped.

The final two Hidden Missions are standard across the game’s boss stages and as always, we recommend revisiting the fight with upgraded Copy Abilities to complete them.

Each regular stage in Kirby and the Forgotten Land asks you to find between three and five Hidden Waddle Dees, and Everbay Coast is no different. These cute caged friends are hidden behind obscured secrets, challenges, and optional puzzle rooms. You'll need to find them to unlock boss doors and expand your building in Waddle Dee Town.

Finding Hidden Waddle Dees in the levels is the easiest way to increase your total count and unlock everything that Waddle Dee Town has to offer. The more you collect, the more stores and mini-games unlock in the hub.

Where to Find All Hidden Waddle Dees in Everbay Coast

There are 16 Hidden Waddle Dees to find across four levels. For the sake of clarity, we have separated these out from the ones you find for completing the Hidden Missions in Everbay Coast. We cover how to find and complete those missions in this Everbay Coast Hidden Missions guide

Use the links below to jump to each level:

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Everbay Coasts' Abandoned Beach

There are three Hidden Waddle Dees you’ll need to track down in Everbay Coast's Abandoned Beach.

Abandoned Beach Waddle Dee 1

The first Hidden Waddle Dee in Everbay Coast can be found after the Wild Bonkers mini-boss; be sure to pick up the Hammer ability he drops. In the second part of Abandoned Beach, you'll see a ladder that doesn’t quite reach the ground. Climb it to reach a platform with a stump you can use your hammer on. This will open up a previously hidden area.

Abandoned Beach Waddle Dee 2

The second Hidden Waddle Dee is in the whirlpool section of Abandoned Beach. you'll need the Hammer ability equipped again to make your way up another ladder and smash another stump. This time, you'll have to navigate a speed challenge area. You’ll have to hit the peg and platform to the other side of the secret room in time.

Abandoned Beach Waddle Dee 3

The final Hidden Waddle Dee in Abandoned Beach is in the final parts of the level, where you use Ring Mouth Kirby to drive a boat. Look for a cracked part of the wall you can charge into with the boat. This will unveil a new area.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Everbay Coasts' Concrete Isles

There are four Hidden Waddle Dees in the Concrete Isles level of Everbay Coast.

Concrete Isles Waddle Dee 1 (Green Star Bits)

The first Hidden Waddle Dee will be freed once you find five Green Star Bits.

  • Green Star Bit 1: In the center of one of the first platforms you reach.
  • Green Star Bit 2: At the top of a floating platform.
  • Green Star Bit 3: On an elevated section with bomb enemies.
  • Green Star Bit 4: In the middle of the two moving platforms.
  • Green Star Bit 5: On the other side of the moving platforms, guarded by a giant seal on an elevated platform. Take care of the other enemies first, and then the seal, before grabbing this one.

After you get all five Green Star Bits, a crane will come out of the water near you holding a pile of coins and a treasure chest. Float over and rescue this one from the chest.

Concrete Isles Waddle Dee 2 (Orange Star Bits)

The segment for the second Waddle Dee in Concrete Isles is a bit like the last, only you’ll be finding Orange Star Bits and need the Drill ability this time. You can inhale the enemy guarding the first Orange Star Bit if you need the ability.

  • Orange Star Bit 1: In front of the Digguh on the first sandy platform.
  • Orange Star Bit 2: From the first, move forward to the second sandy platform, and dig in the middle.
  • Orange Star Bit 3: From the second, take the platform to the right.
  • Orange Star Bit 4: From the third, jump up to the elevated platform on the left.
  • Orange Star Bit 5 (Requires the Mouthful Ability): Go to the lift up ahead, and move it all the way to the right. You’ll find an alcove with an enemy guarding a patch of dirt hiding the final bit.

This one will be in a chest that comes out of the water once you have obtained all five Orange Star Bits.

Concrete Isles Waddle Dee 3 (Isle of Treasure)

From the platform with the Warp Star going to the second half of the level, follow the power line until you see a downed section. Swim through it to reach the Isle of Treasure, where the third Hidden Waddle Dee awaits.

Concrete Isles Waddle Dee 4 (More Green Star Bits)

You'll again need the Drill ability to collect the Green Star Bits for the fourth Waddle Dee in Concrete Isles. In this sequence, you'll be jumping on moving platforms with two sections.

  • Green Star Bit 1: In the patch of dirt on the upper section of the first platform.
  • Green Star Bit 2: On a stack of boxes behind a Balloon-Meister.
  • Green Star Bit 3: On the next moving platform; find it by digging through the dirt patch at the end of the upper section once again.

Before the cannons in this area, drill in the dirt down on a ledge to your right. This will reveal a Warp Star that will transport you to the top of a hill near a pipe. Go Mouthful on the pipe, and you'll begin an auto-scrolling platforming section where the next two Green Star Bits are hidden.

  • Green Star Bit 4: Directly ahead, hiding under some boxes you need to smash through.
  • Green Star Bit 5: Spit out the pipe at the end of the section to find it just below where Kirby stands.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Everbay Coasts' Scale the Cement Summit

There are four Hidden Waddle Dees in Everbay Coast's Scale the Cement Summit world.

Scale the Cement Summit Waddle Dee 1

The first is in the early part of Cement Summit, behind the pool guarded by enemies with a Bomb Block in the middle. Take care of the riff-raff to find another slightly obscured ladder heading down. There is a vending machine on this platform you can Mouthful and knock over to reveal the Waddle Dee.

Scale the Cement Summit Waddle Dee 2

The second will become visible when you step on a star switch. From there, you'll have 15 seconds to navigate an arena of enemies and jump up to the Hidden Waddle Dee cage suspended on a bridge atop the arena.

Scale the Cement Summit Waddle Dee 3

From the second Waddle Dee, head to your left and down a walkway to uncover the door to a room holding the third one of the level. Make sure you have the Tornado Copy Ability equipped: you’ll need it to cross a valley of spikes and hit all three switches to open the cage door on the way.

Scale the Cement Summit Waddle Dee 4

The final Waddle Dee is found in the gliding section at the end of Scale the Cement Summit. Eventually, you'll see cannons coming up on your left, but there is a cracked wall to your right. Spin dash to break the wall and follow the hidden path to the end.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Everbay Coasts' Fast-Flowing Waterworks

There are five Hidden Waddle Dees in Everbay Coast's Fast-Flowing Waterworks stage.

Fast-Flowing Waterworks Waddle Dee 1

The first river ride section ends in a pipe guarded by Gordos. Navigate around the spiky enemies to free the Waddle Dee caged in the middle of the pipe.

Fast-Flowing Waterworks Waddle Dee 2

The second Hidden Waddle Dee challenge comes after you get the Chain Bomb blueprint. Look for a bomb block to hit to blow up some metal boxes, revealing a hidden area. Inside you'll find a ring you can inhale for Ring Mouthful mode and a boat. Once you hop on the boat, you'll be shown the maze puzzle with three choices. The correct path is: right, left, center. Dash through to reach this one.

Fast-Flowing Waterworks Waddle Dees 3 + 4

The next two Waddle Dees are found by doing a two-part puzzle in the staircase swallowing area. First, hit the blue switch guarded by a seal. This will make a walkway appear, allowing you to move a staircase across the gap to the red switch. This raises on a set of bars in an alcove to your right; but move past that Waddle Dee first.

On the other side, you'll see a Chilly guarding some fiery logs blocking another staircase. Absorb the enemy for the ice ability to move to the staircase. Mouthful it and head back in the direction you came from, where you can drop the staircase in a ditch on top of two red switches. This will unlock the rear gate, letting you collect both Waddle Dees.

Fast-Flowing Waterworks Waddle Dee 5

In the final area of the stage, you’ll find the last Hidden Waddle Dee. Look to the right near the second whirlpool you encounter, and you’ll see a series of ledges that lead to a blue star switch. Float your way over and step on the switch to access this one.

Go back to level list.

Each level in Kirby and the Forgotten Land has three or four Hidden Missions, depending on whether it is a regular stage or boss stage. The second world of Everbay Coast has four stages and one boss stage, making for a grand total of 16 Hidden Missions to find.

If you are missing a few or just can’t nail down that tricky one, we have a step-by-step on how to complete all the Hidden Missions in Everbay Coast broken down level by level. If you are looking for all of the Waddle Dees not in Hidden Missions, head over here.

Use the links below to jump to each level:

All Hidden Missions in Everbay Coast's Abandoned Beach

There are three Hidden Missions in Everbay Coast’s Abandoned Beach level.

Abandoned Beach Hidden Mission 1: Crack Open 3 Knock-Knock Nuts

Knock-Knock nuts require three kicks to crack open.

  • The first Knock-Knock nut in Abandoned Beach can be found near a tree where you cross the water immediately after the level starts.

  • The second Knock-Knock nut can be found on the island with the warp star at the end of the first area of the stage.

  • The final Knock-Knock nut can be found in the area near the exit to the level. you'll need to be on the boat as Ring Kirby. Navigate to the upper right-hand quadrant of the stage to find the last nut among the coins. Just be careful to avoid the whirlpools!

Abandoned Beach Hidden Mission 2: Destroy the Animal Sand Sculpture

At the end of the second section of Abandoned Beach, keep moving right past the door into the next part. There are boxes you can destroy for coins in the wall, but beside them in the sand is a sculpture of a dog. Make it crumble to complete the mission.

Abandoned Beach Hidden Mission 3: Complete the Sign on the Roof

Late in the level, you'll pass through a dilapidated sign with a letter missing to get to a Ring Mouthful Mode opportunity. Inhale the ring and move back to where you saw the sign earlier. Complete the word to check off this Hidden Mission.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in Everbay Coast's Concrete Isles

There are three Hidden Missions in Everbay Coast’s Concrete Isles level.

Concrete Isles Hidden Mission 1: Greet 3 Sea Birds

To greet the Sea Birds, you simply have to find them in the level and walk up to them.

  • The first Sea Bird can be found shortly after you begin Concrete Isles, sitting in the water just to the right of the second floating platform.

  • Sea Bird 2 can be found right before the Orange Star Bit section that gets you a Hidden Waddle Dee. When you see the first Orange Star Bit, turn right into the water to see the bird near an enemy.

  • The third Sea Bird is at the very end of the level’s first half. you'll find it sitting at the base of the structure that holds the Warp Star you'll be riding to progress.

Concrete Isles Hidden Mission 2: Make Landfall on the Isle of Treasure

After the first section of the level with the drill, where you are collecting Orange Star Bits, you'll see the Warp Star off in the distance. Head in that direction, but instead going to it, follow the power lines. you'll find a hole where you can swim out to an island that looks like it's in the background, but in actuality, that’s where you go for this Hidden Mission.

Concrete Isles Hidden Mission 3: Dig Up a Maxim Tomato

Make sure you keep your Drill Copy Ability until the end of Concrete Isles so you can complete the final Hidden Mission. In the final walkway before the end of Concrete Isles, you'll need to dig to avoid the volleys from six cannons. Doing so will also dig up a Maxim Tomato, completing this Hidden Mission and refilling your health.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in Scale the Cement Summit

There are three Hidden Missions in Everbay Coast’s Scale the Cement Summit level.

Scale the Cement Summit Hidden Mission 1: Remove 3 Wanted Posters

Removing Wanted Posters is one of the most common objectives in Kirby and the Forgotten Land, and this is the first time you run into it.

  • The first poster Scale the Cement Summit can be found right at the start. Climb up two ladders, and it will be on the right wall. Attack it to remove the pesky thing.

  • After the mini-boss fight, you'll come across a challenge room that will earn you a Waddle Dee for successfully completing in time. Near the back exit of this area, a wanted poster is hanging near a small pool of water.

  • Following the gliding section at the end of the level, do not immediately finish. First, turn to your right to see an alcove where the final wanted poster is hiding.

Scale the Cement Summit Hidden Mission 2: Freeze Fleurina with an Ice Ability

Before you fight Fleurina, the mini-boss in Scale the Cement Summit, you can choose an ability. To complete this Hidden Mission, choose ice and make sure to keep on the offensive. Do enough damage to Fleurina in a short span of time and she will freeze up, taking loads more damage and unlocking this Hidden Mission.

Scale the Cement Summit Hidden Mission 3: Avoid the Spikes in the Secret Room

If you can find the Hidden Waddle Dee secret room in Scale the Cement Summit, you'll see you need the Tornado ability to complete the puzzle. Three red switches are positioned among a large section of spikes on the ground. The only way to hit all of the buttons without taking damage is by holding forward and the attack button while Kirby is a Tornado to dash through the area without hitting the spikes.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in Fast-Flowing Waterworks

There are three Hidden Missions in Everbay Coast’s Fast-Flowing Waterworks level.

Fast-Flowing Waterworks Hidden Mission 1: Eat 3 Tins of Fish

  • After you go down the river at the level’s start, you'll come to a platform with some lockers and the door to the next area. Find the glowing spot on top of the lockers to get the first Tin of Fish to spawn. It will restore some of Kirby’s health too!

  • The second Tin of Fish in the staircase puzzle room. You'll first need the Ice ability. There are plenty of snowmen around to copy, so don’t fret about it. There is a staircase leading up to a stack of flaming logs in the middle island near the Balloon-Meister seal. Ice them out, and you’ll find a Fish Tin hidden behind it.

  • The third Tin of Fish can be found in the final area of Fast-Flowing Waterworks. you'll see the tuna in the first whirlpool you come across. Grab it, but be sure not to get sucked in.

Fast-Flowing Waterworks Hidden Mission 2: Win the battle without falling into the water

You'll be trapped in a combat arena while standing on a bridge above a pool of water early in Fast-Flowing Waterworks. Use the Bomb or Ranger ability to get the enemies that stay in the water. Using a ranged ability, you can take as much damage as you need, just make sure you stay on the bridge until you complete all four waves of the encounter.

Fast-Flowing Waterworks Hidden Mission 3: Find the Golden Fish

In the area where you are moving the staircases, go to the middle island with a staircase leading to a Big Kabu at the top. From here, look in the water to your left to see the Golden Fish. Jump in to complete the Hidden Mission.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in The Tropical Terror

Like in Natural Plains, all of the Hidden Missions for Tropical Terror are completed during the boss fight, and it is likely you'll have to take down Tropic Woods more than once to get them all. To complete all four Hidden Missions in this level:

  • Destroy Tropic Woods’s roots.
  • Clear without using a Copy Ability.
  • Clear within 2:00.
  • Clear without taking any damage.

The first Hidden Mission refers to the second stage of the Tropic Woods boss fight. In this part, the boss will grow roots to protect himself and damage Kirby. Normally, we wouldn’t advise trying to take them down, especially since they will damage you if you get too close, but you must destroy a set of three roots for this Hidden Mission.

The second Hidden Mission is a throwback to classic Kirby. All bosses allow this by dropping stars that can be inhaled and shot back at the boss. Use these drops to get the best of Tropic Woods without even needing to use an ability.

Thoe bottom two are pretty standard in Kirby and the Forgotten Land boss stages and as always, we recommend coming back to this fight later with stronger Copy Abilities to finish the fight quicker and from a greater range.

Each Copy Ability you’ll find in Kirby and the Forgotten Land can be upgraded at Waddle Dee’s Weapon Shop. For the most part, each ability has two upgrades, although the Crash and Sleep abilities only have one. If you're here, you're wondering where to find all of the blueprint locations in the game.

Including the two spoiler-y ones you receive after finishing Kirby and the Forgotten Land, there are 24 hidden blueprints to find throughout the 6 worlds of Kirby and the Forgotten Land

Where to Find Every Blueprint in Kirby and the Forgotten Land

Each Blueprint gives you the option to spend Star Coins and Rare Stones on a more powerful upgrade for one of Kirby’s abilities. We have listed them in order of when you will find them progressing through each level, detailing their exact locations.

If you feel like you’ve missed any Blueprints along your journey, you can stop by Wise Waddle Dee near the World Map star in Waddle Dee town and he will let you know where to find them.

Chakram Cutter and Volcano Fire Blueprint Locations

After you beat Gorimondo, the first boss of World 1, the Weapons Shop will unlock in Waddle Dee Town. When you first enter the shop, the Waddle Dee in charge will award you with the Chakram Cutter and Volcano Fire Blueprints.

Chain Bomb Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 2-4.

The chain bomb Blueprint will be given to you in Level 2-4 of Everbay Coast, Fast-Flowing Waterworks. It is the reward for beating a required combat arena and is pretty much impossible to miss.

Clutter Needle Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 2-3.

The Blueprint for the first evolution of the needle is found in Scale the Cement Summit in Everbay Coast. As you climb the tower, look for a lone bomb block sitting atop a large metal container. Hitting it will reveal the Copy Ability upgrade for the Clutter Needle.

Nobler Ranger Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 2-5.

The Blueprint for the upgrade to the Ranger ability is dropped by the boss of Everbay Coast. You might recognize Tropic Woods as a take on series classic boss Whispy Woods.

Toy Hammer Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 3-1.

In the first level of Wonderia Remains, World 3 of Kirby and the Forgotten Land, the Toy Hammer Blueprint is the reward for completing a hidden mission. Water all the wilted flowers in the stage to receive it.

Gigant Sword Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 3-2.

The first evolution Blueprint for the sword is given to you for defeating the Wild Edge in the second stage of Wonderia Remains.

Time Crash Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 3-3.

The Time Crash blueprint is hidden at the end of Wonderia Remains Level 3. To the left of the stairs up to the final caged Waddle Dees that end the level, you can see a hole in the wall with a coin in it. Hover over there and follow the tunnel in to find it.

Fleur Tornado Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 3-4.

At the end of The Wondaria Dream Parade, there is a section where you must become Water Balloon Mouth Kirby. Towards the end of this section, you'll need to blast a vehicle at a weak shutter blocking a Waddle Dee. Before you cross the gap to get the caged buddy, blast another fairground car in the same spot and another hidden wall will crumble, revealing the Fleur Tornado Blueprint.

Pencil Drill Blueprint Location

Location: Stage 3-5.

This one is a nice reprieve from the puzzle solving. You will be awarded the Pencil Drill Blueprint by defeating Clawroline at the end of Wonderia Remains.

Meta Knight Sword Blueprint Location

  • Location: Colosseum Reward.

You can get the second upgrade for the sword as soon as you finish Wonderia Remains. Completing the third world will unlock the Colosseum and its first competition the Meta Knight Cup in Waddle Dee Town. Battle your way through six rounds of combat and defeat Meta Knight in order to win the Blueprint for the legendary warrior’s sword.

Dragon Fire Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 4-3.

The first second-level evolution for your Copy Abilities in Kirby and the Forgotten Land, you’ll be able to find is the Dragon Fire Blueprint. This deadly upgrade to the Volcano Fire ability will cost a little more to unlock, but it’s well worth seeking out.

In the World 4 level Windy, Freeing Seas you can find it hidden in a chest. A lift that is slightly out of the way in the area where you can go Mouthful Mode. Inhale the lift and move all the way to the right side of the screen. You will see the chest and be able to reach it by spitting out the lift while at maximum height.

Frosty Ice Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 4-4.

Defeating the deadly duo of Twin Frosty in Battle of Blizzard Bridge will award you with this Blueprint, allowing you to upgrade the ice ability at last. It will be in a chest after the fight is over.

Homing Bomb Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 4-5.

The final evolution of the bomb ability is the reward for beating King Dedede at the end of World 4 Winter Horns. This Blueprint will give you bombs that home in on enemies and still retain the chaining ability from the chain bomb.

Crystal Needle Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 5-1.

The final needle upgrade can be found in Stage 1 of World 5, Originull Wasteland. After the Fleurina mini-boss encounter, walk just to the left of the battlefield to find a chest containing the Crystal Needle Blueprint.

Buzz-Saw Cutter Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 5-2.

The Buzz-Saw upgrade to the Cutter Copy Ability is well hidden in Searching the Oasis. In the second half of the level, you will be ascending through an area full of tall plants and Poison Croakoms creating unsafe patches of ground. Pay attention as you climb, and you will eventually see a broken balcony on your left. Walk towards the gap and you will see a platform below where the chest containing the Blueprint sits.

Wild Hammer Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 5-3.

When you fight Wild Bonkers in World 5’s return to Alivel Mall, you will see the awe-inspiring power of the Wild Hammer on display. After he is defeated, the mini-boss will drop a Hammer pick-up. Inhale it and whack the switches sticking up from the floor that litter the area. The Blueprint will be yours for the taking.

Twin Drill Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 5-4.

At the start of the next level, Moonlight Canyon, you are climbing a rock formation by navigating disappearing blocks. When you’ve reached the top, you’ll be able to see a wanted poster and the exit to the area, but look to your left and you will see a barrel sitting suspiciously in a small cranny in the rock formation. Destroy it to get the Twin Drill Blueprint.

Blizzard Ice Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 5-5.

Defeating Sillydillo in the final level of Originull Wasteland will grant you this powerful second-level evolution to Kirby’s Ice Copy Ability.

Space Ranger Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 6-2.

At the very end of the World 6 stage Conquer the Inferno Road, pause before you rescue the final Waddle Dees. Make sure you have the Ranger equipped. You will see a moving target on your right. Shoot it to unlock the Space Ranger Blueprint.

Deep Sleep Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 6-3

This single upgrade to the Sleep Copy Ability is a powerful asset. It will give you an extra health bar, or increase your strength and defense. The one for Deep Sleep is found near the secret door area for the third Hidden Waddle Dee in Burning, Churning Power Plant. From the door, you can see a coin hidden behind a grate in the foreground to the left. Float up here to find a secret tunnel leading you to the Deep Sleep Blueprint.

Storm Tornado Blueprint Location

  • Location: Stage 6-4.

At the end of Gathering of the Beast Council in Redgar Forbidden Lands, there is a section where Kirby inhales a rocket car and goes Coaster Mouth mode. Before jumping on this ride, hold up. Walk down and around to the right, below the platform where the coaster is, and you will find a hidden nook containing the Storm Tornado Blueprint.

Masked Hammer Blueprint Location

  • Location: Waddle Dee Town (postgame).

The Masked Hammer Blueprint is the rare third upgrade for a weapon. Dedede gives this special hammer upgrade to you when you find him and talk to him in Waddle Dee Town after completing the game.

Morpho Knight Sword Blueprint Location

Once you complete the entire post-game world, Forgo Land, you'll get the Morpho Knight Sword Blueprint. This is the final Blueprint in the game and is appropriately the single strongest weapon in Kirby and the Forgotten Land

And that's how to find all of the Blueprint locations in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. If you're wondering how to unlock Hidden Mission, we have a guide for that. For more step-by-step guides check out our Kirby and the Forgotten Land main page.

There are 16 Hidden Missions to complete in Natural Plains, the first world of Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Each Hidden Mission rewards you with one Waddle Dee, which are required to progress through the game, both to unlock boss doors and build more in Waddle Dee Town.

If you are missing a few or just can’t nail down that tricky one, we have a step-by-step on how to complete all the Hidden Missions in Natural Plains broken down level by level. If you're looking for the Waddle Dees not in Hidden Missions, we have a guide for that here.

Use the links below to jump to each level:

All Hidden Missions in Natural Plains' Downtown Grassland

There are three Hidden Missions in Natural Plains' Downtown Grasslands level.

Downtown Grassland Hidden Mission 1: Make 5 Tulips Bloom

The first Hidden Mission Natural Plains requires you to make 5 tulips bloom.

  • The first tulip is at the start of the stage to your left. It is a red flower on a tree stump.

  • Move ahead a little bit and you’ll see a blue switch. Press it to unlock a gated cave that is hiding a cake. Go left into the cave to find a hidden path to the other side where the second tulip is hiding.

  • After you first get Traffic Cone Mouth, the third tulip will be to the left of the canons shooting above a patch of weak ground.

  • In the area with the Tortorner and traffic cone suspended in the air by a vine, the fourth tulip is hidden behind a tree to the right of the enemies.

  • The final tulip is hiding in the next area when you climb the stairs. Wait for the bull enemy to rush out. Then go left to where it came from. you'll find the final tulip hidden in this debris-filled hallway.

Downtown Grassland Hidden Mission 2: Break the Building's Shutter

You can’t break the building's shutter without using Mouthful Mode. Luckily, this is placed immediately after you are given the Vending Machine Mouth. Just to the right of where you first inhale the machine, you'll find the shutter can be broken by shooting cans at it.

Downtown Grassland Hidden Mission 3: Ride the Spewing Water Up to the Balcony

With the Traffic Cone Mouth, Kirby can break pipes that look like they are about to burst, causing a water spew that will transport you vertically. As the traffic cone, you'll pass underneath a pair of cannons. Hidden just beyond this, behind a tree, is a pipe that you must pound with your Cone Mouth to complete this Hidden Mission.

All Hidden Missions in Natural Plains' Through the Tunnel

There are three Hidden Missions in Natural Plains' Through the Tunnel level.

Through the Tunnel Hidden Mission 1: Light 4 Lantern Switches

  • The first Lantern Switch in Through the Tunnel is in the first big room of the area. It is behind the barricade and in front of a fence, on the right-hand side before you climb the ladder. Note: Hidden Mission 2 is also in this area.

  • In the next area, there is a Lantern Switch to your left near a scaffolding.

  • The third Lantern Switch is near the golden door that contains a capsule. The switch is to the right, behind a barricade.

  • The final Lantern Switch is dead center in the room with a bomb block atop silver crates. You can’t miss it.

Through the Tunnel Hidden Mission 2: Find the Secret Room

At the start of the level, just past the first lantern, you'll see a dome that you can take over using Mouthful Mode. Wriggle it open to find a switch that will destroy the set of steel boxes to your left, making an entrance to the secret room.

Through the Tunnel Hidden Mission 3: Remove the Wanted Poster

Look diligently during the section of the level where you have the Stairs Copy Ability, and you'll see a wanted poster high up on the background wall. For this Hidden Mission, you must place the stairs strategically so you can spit them out, climb, and hit the poster to remove it from the wall.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in Natural Plains' Rocky Rollin’ Road

There are three Hidden Missions in Natural Plains' Rocky Rollin' Road.

Rocky Rollin' Road Hidden Mission 1: Eat Snacks Off 3 Tree Stumps

  • At the start of the level, you'll see a baguette on a tree stump. Eat it to begin the first Hidden Mission in Rocky Rollin' Road.

  • The next snack is a banana that can be found after climbing a ladder just a bit later in the same section of the level.

  • After the Ranger enemies, you'll see a stump with no food on it. This is a trick! Instead of falling for it, look for the shining spot next to the stump to reveal a milk carton, the final snack to wash it all down.

Rocky Rollin' Road Hidden Mission 2: Find the Side Road While Going Uphill

After you get the Ranger Copy Ability for the first time, you climb a ladder to an uphill gauntlet where you must dodge giant boulders coming to crush Kirby.

During this section of the Hidden Mission, you’ll want to find the gap on the right between the natural rock formation and the building at the top of the uphill climb. This gap will turn into a side road that will lead you to a ladder and complete this mission. You'll find a capsule up the ladder, inside a Dome

Rocky Rollin' Road Hidden Mission 3: Drive Without Falling Off the Edge

When you first get the car at the end of Rocky Rollin’ Road you'll be navigating it through a narrow platform full of enemies. It is possible to fall off, but remember that the car’s Turbo Dash is powerful and will eliminate anything in your path. Go slowly, and use the dash strategically and this Hidden Mission will be a cinch.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in Natural Plains' Trip to Alivel Mall

There are three Hidden Missions in Natural Plains' Trip to Alivel Mall level.

Trip to Alivel Mall Hidden Mission 1: Eat an Invincible Candy

This Hidden Mission is pretty difficult to miss. you'll be scrolling right at the start of the level until you reach a barricade and a set of stairs pointing you upwards. To the right of the barricade is a striped candy that gives Kirby a brief moment of invincibility. Use it wisely.

Trip to Alivel Mall Hidden Mission 2: Navigate the Mall Without Getting Lost

In Trip to Alivel Mall, there are two puzzle sections you must solve to complete this Hidden Mission and find all the Waddle Dees in Natural Plains. When you see a locker, inhale it. It will reveal a hidden map showing an arrow underneath a burger.

The section ahead is a conveyor belt with three possible exits underneath food signs. Exit through the burger path, and you'll be rewarded with a Waddle Dee and many healing items.

The second one has a similar setup, but with a twist. The first map you find behind a locker is incomplete, showing that you go left at the cake, but the section ahead has two cake signs.

To solve the puzzle, go to the right and inhale another hidden locker. It will open up a room where you find a piece of the map that tells you the correct cake sign is across from the ice cream sign. Note: There is a doughnut here needed for Hidden Mission 3.

Trip to Alivel Mall Hidden Mission 3: Eat 4 Doughnuts

  • The first doughnut is at the top of the first escalator you'll see in the level. It is on the table with some star coins.

  • Doughnut number two can be found in the room with the square conveyor with the spikey hole in the center. Go to the sparkling spot in the bottom right of the screen to make the doughnut appear.

  • The third donut can be found by successfully solving the second map puzzle in the previous section. It is on a table in the room you gain access to.

  • The final donut for this Hidden Mission is found on the very last screen. Instead of heading to the final Waddle Dee cage, go to your right to discover a hidden ladder. Climb it and you'll find a cute rooftop cafe where the last doughnut will be waiting for you.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Missions in Natural Plains' The Brawl at the Mall

There are no Hidden Waddle Dees in Natural Plains' The Brawl at the Mall level, but there are four Hidden Missions instead of the typical three. All of these Hidden Mission are completed by fighting the boss in different ways. They are all pretty self-explanatory and are as follows:

  • Slide through Gorimondo's Legs.
  • Defeat Gorimondo with the Sword ability.
  • Clear The Brawl at the Mall within 2:00 minutes.
  • Clear The Brawl at the Mall without taking any damage.

The first Hidden Mission can be done easily by walking up to Gorimondo and pressing the guard button followed by the A button to slide.

For the other three Hidden Missions, we recommend coming back later when you’ve upgraded your Copy Abilities. The Meta Knight Sword will make quick work of Gorimondo, letting you easily get the second and third missions knocked out. Later upgrades for the bomb ability make that an excellent tool for completing the fight without having to get in range to take damage.

There are a few hidden Waddle Dees to find in the Natural Plains in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Some locations are relatively easy to find, while other locations can be harder to uncover.

Each of the six main worlds in Kirby and the Forgotten Land has four levels apiece with three to five specific Hidden Waddle Dees to find. Rescuing these captured friends is often the reward for solving optional puzzles and finding secret areas.

Finding them is the easiest way to increase your total count and unlock everything that Waddle Dee Town has to offer. The more you collect, the more stores and mini-games unlock in the hub.

Where to Find All Hidden Waddle Dees in Natural Plains

There are 15 Waddle Dees hiding in the four non-boss stages in Natural Plains. For clarity’s sake, we have separated these out from the 16 you find by completing the Hidden Missions in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Our Hidden Mission guide for Natural Plains can be found here

Use the links below to jump to each level:

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Natural Plains' Downtown Grassland

There are three Waddle Dees to find in Natural Plains' Downtown Grassland level.

Downtown Grassland Waddle Dee 1

The very one in Kirby and the Forgotten Land is hard to miss. After you defeat the very first required Wild Edge boss, this Waddle Dee will appear as your reward.

Downtown Grassland Waddle Dee 2

When you enter the next area, look to your right and you'll see a ladder that leads to the roof of a building. Go up the ladder. you'll see a dome on the roof that requires Mouthful Mode to open. Do so to free another hidden Waddle Dee.

Downtown Grassland Waddle Dee 3

The third and final hidden Waddle Dee in Downtown Grassland comes later in this same area. Ahead and to the left of the rooftop dome is another ladder that leads to a different rooftop. Here you'll find a traffic cone suspended by vines. Release the cone by using the Sword or Cutter ability. Once the cone is free, return to the surface level to inhale it. Use Cone Mouth to break the concrete back of the Tortorner roaming this area.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Natural Plains' Through the Tunnel

There are four Hidden Waddle Dees to find in Natural Plains' Through the Tunnel level.

Through the Tunnel Waddle Dee 1

The first Waddle Dee is in the tunnel’s secret room. To access the room, you must be in the cavern with a dome and steel boxes in the wall. you'll have to use Mouthful Mode on the dome to reveal a switch that destroys the boxes. This reveals an entrance, and this one is in a chest in the room beyond.

Through the Tunnel Waddle Dee 2

Later in the level, you'll find more steel boxes in a room with a three-star door that will not allow you to come back. Follow the coin path and platform up to a secret passage that will lead you to a bomb block above the boxes. Attack the bomb block and the boxes will reveal another Waddle Dee below.

Through the Tunnel Waddle Dee 3

In the next room, there will be a fuse puzzle on the floor. Light the fuse and follow the rope to a canon that will launch you up to where the next Waddle Dee is hidden.

Through the Tunnel Waddle Dee 4

The final Waddle Dee in Through the Tunnel is another but more complex fuse puzzle, requiring you to use stairs to reach the canon. To avoid putting the stairs on the fuse, use Mouthful Mode to move them to the right of the canon. Here you should be able to climb up and reach the platform to get the last one in Through the Tunnel.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Natural Plains' Rocky Rollin’ Road

There are four Hidden Waddle Dees to find in Natural Plains' Rocky Rollin' Road level.

Rocky Rollin' Road Waddle Dee 1

The first hidden Waddle Dee in Rocky Rollin’ Road is a reward for completing the Ranger tutorial. you'll see a gun-touting Ranger near a floating target early in the stage. Inhale him and hold the attack button while aiming to shoot the target. Destroy the nearby blocks to reveal this one.

Rocky Rollin' Road Waddle Dee 2

The next Waddle Dee will be found in a similar fashion. When crossing a bridge, you'll see a Ranger in front of you and a target in the background. Inhale for the Copy Ability and shoot the target to spawn a cloud bridge to the room where your captured friend is. There is a target practice mini-game in this room you must complete.

Rocky Rollin' Road Waddle Dee 3

The third Waddle Dee is a bit tricky compared to what’s come so far. you'll see a blue switch at the end of the section where Kirby is running from a boulder. You must hit the switch before the boulder destroys it, or you'll not be able to get this hidden one. If done in time, he will be on the bench near a hot dog after the sequence.

Rocky Rollin' Road Waddle Dee 4

The final hidden Waddle Dee in Rocky Rollin' Road is pretty simple to find. Once you get the ability to Mouthful Mode copy the car, just follow the elevated ramps, boosting and jumping in order to crash into the weak side of the building.

Go back to level list.

All Hidden Waddle Dees in Natural Plains' Trip to Alivel Mall

There are four Hidden Waddle Dees to find in Natural Plains' Trip to Alivel Mall level.

Trip to Alivel Mall Waddle Dee 1

The first hidden Waddle Dee in Alivel Mall is found right after you get the Invincible Candy. Move your invincible little self through the corridor ahead to hit the bomb block on your left. This will reveal a ladder to the second floor where this one is being held. The faster you go, the less you have to worry about all the enemies due to the invincible power-up.

Trip to Alivel Mall Waddle Dee 2

In the next room, you should swallow a storage locker using Mouthful Mode to reveal a map showing the solution to the puzzle ahead. The trap room ahead has three exits, but two lead to enemy rooms. The map shows you that the path under the burger sign is safe. The next Waddle Dee is another reward for solving this riddle.

Trip to Alivel Mall Waddle Dee 3

The next hidden Waddle Dee is in the conveyor belt room with the spikes in the center. There are barrels on fire in the upper left-hand corner. you'll need to have the Ice Copy Ability or inhale a nearby Frosty to destroy the barrels and reveal a ladder leading to a blue switch. Hit the switch for this one.

Trip to Alivel Mall Waddle Dee 4

The final hidden Waddle Dee in Natural Plains is in the next trap room. Here you have to enable Mouthful Mode on the lockers again to reveal a map, but this time, it has a piece missing. It shows an arrow to the left under a cake.

The catch is there are multiple cake signs on this floor. Go all the way to the right-hand side of the area to find another locker blocking a door to a room. The final piece of the puzzle is inside the room, showing you the exit is across from the ice cream shop.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land: How to Unlock Hidden Missions https://www.gameskinny.com/m3izr/kirby-and-the-forgotten-land-how-to-unlock-hidden-missions https://www.gameskinny.com/m3izr/kirby-and-the-forgotten-land-how-to-unlock-hidden-missions Mon, 28 Mar 2022 20:02:40 -0400 Bryn Gelbart

If you want to rescue every Waddle Dee and 100% Kirby and the Forgotten Land, you'll have to complete every mission in the game, including the hidden missions. In addition to clearing a level and finding the hidden Waddle Dees, each stage in the pink puffball’s latest adventure has three additional secret missions to uncover.

Including optional post-game content, The Forgotten Land has 40 stages across 7 worlds, which means you’ll be tracking down 120 Hidden Missions if you're going for true completionist status.

These Hidden Missions are not revealed when you begin a level. You must play to uncover them, but luckily, discovering all of them is a fairly forgiving process that should come naturally. And if it doesn’t, there is a failsafe mechanic ensuring that as long as you keep playing, you'll never get completely stuck.

How to Unlock Hidden Missions in Kirby and the Forgotten Land

As you’ll likely discover during the first stage of Kirby and The Forgotten Land, the easiest way to unlock Hidden Missions is by doing them. This sounds silly, but you'll likely stumble into many hidden objectives naturally. The catch is that while some Hidden Missions are one-and-done tasks — i.e. finding a secret area — others require you to repeat an action multiple times or discover a set of items throughout the level.

For example, a Hidden Mission in the first level after the tutorial requires you to make Kirby bloom 5 tulips that can be found scattered around the stage. you'll need to find them all in one run to complete the mission, but once you’ve found one tulip, the mission will be permanently marked in the pause menu as unlocked. This applies to all the similarly structured collection-based Hidden Missions in The Forgotten Land

While that is the most common way of finding Hidden Missions, there is another way the game will uncover them for you. If any missions are still locked once you complete a level, one — and just one at a time — will be automatically unlocked when you finish. This doesn’t mean the objective will be completed; it just means that you'll be able to see what the Hidden Mission is, so that next time through the level, you know exactly what you’re looking for.

The catch here is that Kirby and the Forgotten Land only uncovers one Hidden Mission per run. So if you blasted through a level and missed every Hidden Mission by the time you rescue the caged Waddle Dees at the end, only one Hidden Mission will be revealed. Thankfully, if you play the level again, you'll unlock one more mission with each consecutive victory. At most, you'll have to play a stage three times to see every Hidden Mission it has to offer.

Using these two methods in tandem encourages you to experiment and explore the levels, but it doesn’t punish you when you miss something. Once again, the best advice we can give is to play the game as you would and let your curiosity lead you in the right direction. If worse comes to worst, you can just replay the level and more information will be surfaced.

But now you know how to unlock and find Hidden Missions in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. We'll have more walkthroughs for those coming soon. For more tips, head on over to our dedicated Kirby and the Forgotten Land guide hub as we will be updating it throughout the week.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land: How to Redeem Present Codes https://www.gameskinny.com/7h40e/kirby-and-the-forgotten-land-how-to-redeem-present-codes https://www.gameskinny.com/7h40e/kirby-and-the-forgotten-land-how-to-redeem-present-codes Mon, 28 Mar 2022 19:51:30 -0400 Bryn Gelbart

Kirby and the Forgotten Land is primarily a single-player and local co-op experience, but there is one perk of playing online while diving into Nintendo’s latest Switch exclusive. Connecting to the Internet will allow you to redeem Present Codes, and if you've found any of them so far, you may be wondering how to redeem them — or you may be looking for a list of those already available.

Present Codes can primarily be found in Waddle Dee Town or via Nintendo’s social media feeds. In this guide to Kirby and the Forgotten Land, we'll tell you how to redeem them and where to find them in a bit more depth. We've also included a list of Present Codes that have already been released, as well as their rewards.

How to Redeem Present Codes in Kirby and the Forgotten Land

You won’t be able to redeem any Present Codes until you unlock the Waddle Dee-liveries shop in Waddle Dee Town, after rescuing 50 Waddle Dees. You’ll probably be somewhere in the second world when you get to this point.

As the Waddle Dee running the delivery service will tell you, the shop is where to redeem your Present Codes. The helpful little guy will even point you to the first Present Code, which is right behind where you are standing. You can redeem it for 100 Star Coins.

It is worth noting that each Present Code is in all capital letters and case sensitive. If you try to enter them in lowercase, they will be rejected. So make sure your caps lock is on when entering Present Codes in Kirby and the Forgotten Land

Where to Find Present Codes in Kirby and the Forgotten Land

A fair share of the Present Codes in Kirby and the Forgotten Land can be found using resources outside of the game itself. Through pre-ordering at GameStop, playing the demo, and following Nintendo of America’s social media feed, Kirby fans have been able to stock up on a lot of bonus materials already.

Anyone can enter these codes, so even if you didn’t play the demo or pre-order the game, you can scroll to the bottom of this guide for a comprehensive list of the currently available Present Codes and their rewards.

The remaining Present Codes can be found in Waddle Dee Town. In addition to the first password, three others can be found by exploring the hub.

  • One can be found inside the movie theater near the back corner of the room.
  • Another is in the flowers on top of the cafe.
  • Yet another code can be found on top of the tent outside the colosseum where you sign up.

As you explore the hub, keep an eye on your fairy companion Elfilin. When exclamation points pop up around their head and a dialogue bubble appears, you know you have just discovered a Present Code.

Finally, two codes become available by completing the game. However, like the rest of the Present Codes, these can be redeemed at any time throughout your playthrough if you know the code.

All (Current) Present Codes in Kirby and the Forgotten Land

Pretty much all the Present Codes, except one, reward you with Star Coins, which is your primary currency in The Forgotten Land. Some will give you extra goodies as well, including the all-important upgrade material Rare Stone.

Regardless, that's what you need to know about Present Codes in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. With this list, you can reap the rewards if you'd rather not hunt them down yourself.
