Liberty City coming to GTA 5? https://www.gameskinny.com/vemki/liberty-city-coming-to-gta-5 https://www.gameskinny.com/vemki/liberty-city-coming-to-gta-5 Fri, 03 Jun 2016 08:58:40 -0400 Joey Marrazzo

Could one of the former cities from past Grand Theft Auto games be heading to Grand Theft Auto 5? According to these images, it might be true. Check them out below:

The image above was found in a portfolio of an artist at Rockstar games, the creator of the GTA series. Once fans saw the picture, they immediately compared it to this picture of Liberty City, which was featured in Grand Theft Auto 3 and 4.

The community of GTAForums has been comparing the two pictures obsessively, getting into specific details like surface textures and model variances. Rockstar producer Leslie Benzies has mentioned a GTA game including all of the locations from the previous games. While talking to Digital Trends, he said:

"Of course at some point we would like to have one big world containing all our cities and let the player fly between them and revisit their favorite areas."

Based on the statement from Benzies, this image might give hope for a GTA 5 DLC or an upcoming GTA World. Whether it is true or not, these pictures have ignited the rumors of new content for the Grand Theft Auto franchise.
