BioWare Celebrates N7 Day And Teases The Next Mass Effect

BioWare celebrates N7 Day with a tease of what's to come in the next Mass Effect!

Yesterday, November 7th, BioWare celebrated "N7 Day" by holding a special livestream and Mass Effect 3 multiplayer sessions. But that's not all they celebrated. As Joystiq points out, several of their developers took the celebration to Twitter, complete with teaser images of the next Mass Effect game.

Throughout this slideshow I'll give a few words on each picture, and also include the corresponding tweet to the image above, with the first as follows:

It appears he's testing out the gameplay on a PC with an Xbox 360 controller. Not much can be gleamed from this image due to the sunlight on the monitor, but it looks like there is a portal of some sort?

In this image we can see two different examples of concept art. The one on the left looks like it could be depicting one of three things: vehicles, chairs, or perhaps the most likely, different forearms. As for the right, we see a character drawing in progress, but I can't really tell who it might be; perhaps a new protagonist?

For this image we can see a pretty nice view of what is being worked on, however I can't see any enemies that the tweet suggests. It looks like some nice scenery, but perhaps the enemy is behind the artist's hand?

Much like the last image, this photo features a bit of scenery in progress with what appears to be a bit of reference art in the background. Although we can't see much and it isn't a completed product, I think the art looks rather nice!

We continue working hard to create amazing new Mass Effect experiences for you. Happy N7 Day everyone! #N7Day2013pic.twitter.com/rgymKZV8RM

This final image displays the developers hard at work on the next Mass Effect. It's nice to see that they have quite a bit of space to work with and they aren't cramped into a little cubicle. It's gives them the freedom to just go right up to someone and ask their opinion on something, which I'm sure makes it a much nicer place to work in and makes the final product even better.

What do you think about the teaser photos? Did I completely guess wrong on some of them? Let me know in the comments below!
