Liking That Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F Facebook Post Does Matter

Help Miku come stateside!

If you want to see Project Diva‘s first foray into the English-speaking market, you are going to have to Like and Share that post on Sega’s Facebook. While there were some doubts as to whether or not doing so mattered, Sega put those all to rest in a talk with Siliconera.

Aaron Webber let Siliconera know that the future of Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F really did depend on that one Facebook post, stating the following:

“If you like Hatsune Miku and want to see Project Diva F on PS3, you can directly influence the future by liking and sharing the Facebook post!”

This might be a little disappointing for those of you not keen on using social networking sites, but this is our one and only change to get a Project Diva game localized. Best not to squander it. Even if you wanted the Vita version, you’re going to support the PlayStation 3 version’s localization and you’re going to like it.

I personally am not entirely fond of Vocaloids from a musical perspective, but there is no denying that the games themselves are very fun. Rhythm games are a dying genre — supporting them is critical to their continued existence. Like and Share Sega’s post on Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F and keep that flame going.
