Halo 5: Guardians has reached a bump in the road. A lot of players are complaining that their multiplayer progress has been reset. This includes ranks, commendation, REQs, and other items – we know how agonizing it is when something like this happens. Fortunately, it doesn’t happen often and when it does players let the developers know immediately.

Along with this string of wipes players also are reporting they aren’t able to connect to the game’s servers. On the server page for Halo games, it is showing that Halo 5: Guardians is impacted. This causes players to not be able to get into Matchmaking, REQ’s, or their Service Record/ Ranks/ Commendations.

The team at 343 Industries have responded and confirmed they are looking into it. That was over an hour ago and I am sure many gamers are unhappy with the long wait. Just know they are working on the problem and it’s better than getting no response out of them.
