A list of achievements of Fallout 4, one of the most-awaited games of 2015, has been revealed. Though the achievement list (or the so called trophies list) posted on exophase is only for PlaySation 4, we can assume the list to be same for Xbox One and PC.
The list contains a total of 51 trophies to be claimed by the players. It contains some parallel achievements also from Fallout 3, including collecting bobbleheads spread throughout the Vault-Tec, hacking 50 terminals, etc.

The game is set to release on November 10 across Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
