Capcom Can’t Decide, So They Let the Players Choose

Capcom decides to let players pick their gifts this year.

Remember back in the day when game developers had to guess at what we really wanted from them? While those days might be over (or at least a little bit over), Capcom is surveying players on what game they want to see from them as digital downloads. You can’t, of course, suggest something that wasn’t made by Capcom. Here are some of the games they’ll consider.

Now I have no idea why Monster Hunter and Lost Planet are on the list, seeing as the intent of this gesture is to get older titles on more modern hardware( that the players want). Lost Planet 3 is coming out some time next year and Monster Hunter Tri: Ultimate comes out on the Wii U in March and will be getting a sequel some time in the future. Still, it’s awesome that a company is literally letting the players tell them what to do for their next project.

I know a few people that would do anything for another Mega Man game, but I really want another Viewtiful Joe. If there’s no title in that list that you want another game added to, you can just tell Capcom that you want a remake, or a reboot if you feel like the series lost its magic a while back.

I was born, stuff happened, then I got a bachelors and am writing for GameSkinny at the moment. All I really have time to play right now are flash games and League of Legends. Basically if it's a game odds are I'm going to like it, and if not I'll play for a while. Any game can be good or bad, it just depends on how you view the story, even if it isn't written. Sorry if you were expecting personal info, I don't really like giving that many details online unless I know you...
