Halo: The Fall of Reach, an animated series based on the novel of the same name, will be releasing for DVD and Blu-ray on December 1st. The Fall of Reach is about the origin behind the SPARTAN program. This program is what made the well-beloved character Master Chief our hero in the Halo series.

In the story, it reveals how Master Chief and Blue Team meet up. The series stays as close to the original story as it can and includes Dr. Catherine Halsey as well. And don’t worry, Cortana is in the story — they couldn’t leave her out.

Along with this release, GameSpot is having a giveaway on their site. You have to have an account on GameSpot, an Instagram account, a YouTube account, a Twitter, a Facebook, and a Twitch account to get all of the points for a better chance to win. (One of these is still fine — it just decreases your odds.) The prize is an Xbox One bundle with Halo 5: Guardians and a copy of Halo: The Fall of Reach.

The contest ends on December 1, when GameSpot also will be hosting a Live Hashtag giveaway during The Lobby (their weekly live show) to give away 10 copies of Halo: The Fall of Reach on Blu-Ray to 10 lucky people.
