Rokk Soulstorm, a Necromancer who is as cold as ice itself. His cold stare is only amplified by his icy eyes. Being in the Soulstorm krewe, he too is researching flight to dominate WvW.

The inspiration for his look came to me when I saw the Corrupted Skreggox and I really liked its skin. I decided that it would be nice to have an icy Necromancer since most people prefer the darker color palette. When the Horns of the Dragon helm was announced to be coming out I knew that would finish up the look nicely. It even made me spend gems on a makeover kit – insanity!
