Zombie Tycoon 2: Let the Bodies Roam the Streets

Zombie Tycoon 2 hits stores May 1st!

Many of us have dreamed about surviving a zombie apocalypse; but what if you had the chance to control the undead as they wreak havoc across the land? Developer Frima Studio answers this question with Zombie Tycoon 2, a vibrant cartoonish sequel to their 2009 PlayStation Portable game.

It’s alive!

Zombie Tycoon 2 is a real time strategy game which puts you in the shoes of an evil scientist. You control two teams of zombies: a hero-tier monster, and a mobile zombie spawning command center as you carve your way through war zones.

When you begin, you can choose between two zombie factions: the old-school slow, lumbering zombies or the more contemporary “sprinter” zombies. Each group has their pros and cons, so it’s best to play to their advantages on the battlefield as you exploit the weaknesses of the opposing force.

As you work your way across maps, you will be able to unlock special zombie classes. Scouts, Engineers, Brawlers, long range attacking Scavengers, hazmat Cleaners, and even Samurai zombies are at your disposal as you capture their respective buildings.

Unlike most RTS games, there are no buildings to create or resources to capture. Instead, much like a zombified game of Risk, you decide the best way to approach, outflank, or attack enemy units while building and evolving your own zombies and monsters. This change in traditional RTS formula creates a more tactical thinking game.

Remember, with great zombies comes great destruction! With great Zombies, comes great Destruction!

Zombie Tycoon 2 will release May 1ston the PlayStation Network and Vita for $9.99.
