Fallout is set to be the next video game franchise turned into a television series. Variety reports (via IGN) that Amazon Studios has nabbed the rights to Fallout on the small screen and will collaborate with Bethesda and Kilter Films to bring the series to life on Amazon Prime.

As of this writing, there’s very little to go on in terms of details. It’s unclear if a script yet exists or when production might begin, and there’s no word if the Amazon series will tie directly into the games, such as Fallout 3 or Fallout 4, at all.

Bethesda shared a very short teaser for the project on the official Fallout Twitter account earlier today.

Though we don’t know many particulars at this point, we do know that Todd Howard, Executive Producer at Bethesda, will be an executive producer on the show, alongside James Altman, Director of Publishing Operations at Bethesda Softworks.

The two will join three other EPs on the project, including Athena Wickham, Lisa Joy, and Jonathan Nolan, all three of which are most recently known for their work on HBO’s Westworld

Of the partnership, Howard said:

Over the last decade, we looked at many ways to bring Fallout to the screen. But it was clear from the moment I first spoke with Jonah and Lisa a few years ago, that they and the team at Kilter were the ones to do it right. We’re enormous fans of their work and couldn’t be more excited to work with them and Amazon Studios.
