Mortal Kombat XL hits consoles today

Now you can own every bit of Mortal Kombat X in one gory, testicle crushing package!

If you’re yet to get your hands on the goriest fighting game ever, then now is the time; with the release of Mortal Kombat XL for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 (sorry PC users).

The XL version of the ‘Best Fighting Game of 2015’ (The Game Awards) will include all available downloadable content, which means you’ll get access to the previously released Kombat Pack 1 and the newly launched Kombat Pack 2.

Kombat Pack 1 features:

  • Playable characters: Predator, Jason Voorhees, Tremor and Tanya; each accompanied by three themed skins
  • Samurai Skin Pack

Kombat Pack 2 features:

  • Brand new playable characters: the Xenomorph from Alien, Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre horror film series, Triborg and Bo’Rai Cho
  • A never released Apocalypse Skin Pack
  • Previously released content including; Goro, the Brazil Skin Pack, the Kold War Skin Pack, and the Kold War Scorpion Skin

Mortal Kombat XL is available at a price of $59.99. For those who already own the game, the brand new Kombat Pack 2 is priced at $19.99 as a standalone download. A package containing both Kombat Packs is also available for $24.99.
