Whoa, Puzzle & Dragons X getting a collab!? And Monster Hunter!? Crazy! I doubt it'll come out over here, though.

Meanwhile in actual Puzzle & Dragons we've wrapped up a Final Fantasy collab and JP is getting a Phoenix Wright collab, a Rurouni Kenshin collab, and it's raining new units. I don't see a point in playing P&DX with the actual mobile game getting so much content these days.

If only I wasn't so burned out after 470 days straight..

Very true, but we can hope! Monster Hunter is a series that's always had a ton of projects with the fellow Japanese industry, but many of them don't come to the West because of licensing issues, such as many of the anime costumes.

However, we do get some special gear that the Japanese release doesn't have, such as the upcoming Okami gear for Monster Hunter Generations, or the Tetsuya Nomura (Final Fantasy designer) weapon/armors from Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. So there's a bit of hope we'll get something special!

Oh, I didn't know P&D had so many collaboration efforts too! Also--what's this about Rurouni Kenshin? There's a RuroKen collab in a P&D game?! And Phoenix Wright too? Wow that's awesome. o:

Eh, I like a physical copy of a game so I don't have to spam micro-transactions to play a game for more than a few hours. I'm not sure how the app P&D is (I've only played the 3DS game version), but I do know it's a Free to Play mobile game, which tends to leave a sour taste in my mouth if progression requires the "premium currency".
