The latest trailer feature Sledehammer Games’ upcoming first-person shooter title is featuring an exclusive look at their latest multiplayer option.
Gamers will now have the option to join up to four people in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’s “Exo Survival Co-op” multiplayer mode, which pits players against endless waves of AI who are equals in terms of ability.
The exoskeleton suits will be worn not only by the playable characters, but the enemies as well. This means that players will experience a gauntlet of AI who will cloak, boost jump, and boost run across the map to attack them. Enemies with exoskeletons will be assisted by attack dogs, drones, air support, and mech-suit soldiers named “Goliath,” which is also offered as a perk in other multiplayer modes.
To combat enemies, players will choose from three classes. In addition to the arsenal included with each class, random objective rounds will accompany the gameplay. If gamers succeed, they will be rewarded with upgrade points. Failing results in penalties.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be released for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows PC on Nov. 4.
