‘Tis the season for giving, and the Discord team is in the spirit.
The company announced a special “Snowsgiving” event today, featuring giveaways for game codes and hardware. It also includes in-store game discounts, Discord merchandise, and even a Minion Masters tournament with cash prizes.
The event will run December 7 through December 16, during which timed stuff will be given away every day. The Discord team suggests following them on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook to avoid missing all the action.
With the launch of Snowsgiving on December 7, Mild Beast Games and Versus Evil’s At Sundown will be made available for free. You’ll need to hurry, though, because that particular giveaway will end on December 9.
And that’s just the first of many giveaways.
As for the tournament, fans of the RTS Minion Masters — which is currently available for free in the Discord Store — can try for one of 128 spots in a special tournament featuring hardware and over $8,000 in cash prizes.
Gamers can also pick up over a dozen different games via the Discord store at discounts ranging from 15% to 67% off. And, if that weren’t enough, there are fan art and music contests to take part in.
