BloodRayne and Bloodrayne 2 get their final big update from publisher Ziggurat Interactive.

Blood-sucking nazi-hunting Rayne looks better than ever, with BloodRayne Terminal Cut and BloodRayne 2: Terminal Cut. Ziggurat Interactive, who published the games on PC in 2020, are now releasing the final, “Ultimate” updates for both games. It is free for all current owners of either game.

To get more into the gritty details of the Ultimate Update, it provides both games with improvements across the board, like restored enemy texture models (so they now look like their original console counterparts), various bug fixes, and improved graphical and visual fidelity.

Michael Devine, SVP of Business Development for Ziggurat said that the team has been hard at work to make these PC versions stand alongside the games that launched back in 2002 and 2004, respectively.

He said in a release that “[Ziggurat Interactive have] continued to make improvements fans have been asking for, and we’re excited to launch what we know are the best versions yet of the original games.”

BloodRayne: Terminal Cut and BloodRayne 2: Terminal Cut are currently available on GOG and Steam for PC.
