Were you a Farmville addict? If so, you might want to check out the game Farming Simulator 2013. This is the fifth game of the simulator series and was released in October of 2012. This game contains upgrades such as new crops, animals, and machines. Farming Simulator will be available for Xbox and PS3 in Europe and Japan tomorrow and the release to North America will follow soon after.
The game allows you to cultivate your own farm, sell products, harvest crops, and even care for animals. There are a variety of environments to choose from and hundreds of vehicles to farm with. In an interview Marc Schwegler, associate producer at Giants Software, said that a lot of the gameplay was thought out through not only research done by the team, but also from the teams own experiences. He said “…some of our team either grew up on a farm or near one and had some idea of what we wanted to add to the game and how it should work.”
I was never a Farmiville addict, nor did I ever play Farmville; however, I’d like to check this game out to see just how realistic the gameplay is.
