Watch 26 Minutes Of Dying Light 2 Gameplay in New Trailer

Nearly half an hour of choice-based gameplay from the upcoming first-person horror title is now available after debuting at E3.

Although we still have nearly a year until Dying Light 2 releases, that doesn’t mean we can get a sneak peek at the game’s ongoing development.

Footage previously shown exclusively to E3 attendees earlier this year is now online for everyone to see. It comes in just shy of 30 minutes.

This clip showcases the final major human settlement in the post-apocalypse, one that’s on the verge of total collapse as potable drinking water is about to run dry.

The 26-minute video revolves around changing narratives based on player choice as protagonist Aiden tries to find a new source of water.

See what’s in store, including crazy weapon mods and new parkour moves to master in different areas of the city, in the trailer below.

With gorgeous 4K visuals, this anticipated sequel clealry puts a premium on vertical environments, helping players gain better vantage points to chase renegades and find pockets of humanity willing to interact with you.

While we can still expect changes to the final product, what we’ve seen so far looks very promising indeed.

Are you looking forward to trying the game out next year?

Although there’s no confirmed release date yet, Dying Light 2 is slated to arrive for PC, Xbox One, and PS4 in spring 2020, with the Steam page now online so you can wishlist the game.
