GTA 5 Online: How to Start The Last Dose Missions

Wondering how to start the Last Dose missions in GTA Online: Los Santos Drug Wars? Here's what you need to know.

When you start the Last Dose missions in GTA Online, you'll be on the final leg of the entire Los Santos Drug Wars update. The five missions included in this update complete the storyline started in the First Dose DLC that released in late 2022. But the game doesn't exactly tell you how to begin the Last Dose missions. We're here to tell you how.

Where to Begin the Last Dose Missions in GTA Online

You'll be able to start the GTA Online Last Dose missions once you complete the first six missions of the First Dose update. Once you're done with all of those missions, you'll receive a call from Dax, who will arrange a new meeting at the Freakshop.

Once you arrive at the designated location, you'll find an active corona on the northern side of the Freakshop. That's where you can start the entire Last Dose set of missions by interacting with the corona.

List of All GTA Online Last Dose Missions

The Last Dose update consists of the following missions:

  • This is an Intervention.
  • Unusual Suspects.
  • Friedmind.
  • Checking In.
  • BDKD.

The first mission starts with the kidnapping of Labrat, also known as Mr. Chemistry. You'll have to take out the first group of kidnappers and move on to find out who and where they took Labrat.

In the course of the next few missions, you'll be dealing with Lost Hippies, FriedMind Pharmaceutical Corporation, various enemies during an acid trip, and finally, Dr. Isiah Friedlander himself, the main antagonist of the Last Dose update.
