Weekly Weekend Round-Up: Jan. 30th – Feb 1st

Some games to consider playing to pass the time this weekend.
This article is over 9 years old and may contain outdated information

This past week players have experienced our first big launch of the year. There is a good chance that most of us were anticipating the launch of Dying Light. However, there are still other games that may have the attention of players. Here is a small list of games that may be on your play list.

Recommended Videos

Dying Light

Naturally Dying Light will be on the list of players. This game plays a lot like Dead Island, except with well plotted controls and amazing graphics. I am only a few hours into the game and feel that the surface of the actual game has only been scratched. If you are looking to fill up a weekend with gaming this could be a goto for continuing zombie violence while performing parkour through the beautiful post apocalyptic landscapes.

#IDARB

This 8-bit free for all game is now free on the Xbox One through the games with gold program. It never fails that Games with Gold and Playstation Plus games, make the list; #IDARB is absolutely no different. This game pins up players in a 1v1 or 2v2 ball game in which they attempt to score by jumping through the level. This game will be a great game to put some time into this weekend enjoying the ball games with friends.

Assassin’s Creed Unity

Although this game has been out for a while there was a sale this week at GameStop. This was one of the first sales that players could easily get without fighting a crowd. Assassin’s Creed Unity was available for $39.99 on Playstation 4 and Xbox One. I am sure that there are gamers that had waited for a price drop on the popular Ubisoft title.

Whatever games you play this weekend remember that there will be a massive amount of games that will be launched in the coming weeks. Game hard in the coming weeks and be sure not to pile up the backlog. What will you be playing this weekend? Comment Below.
