Just shortly before the live release of World of Warcraft patch 5.3 and they’re still adding new content. This time it’s additions to the Brawler’s Guild, the feature added in patch 5.1.
It’s already been known for some time now that this patch brings with it some new bosses along with Brawler’s Guild shirts to earn from defeating them. the Wraps of the Blood-Soaked Brawler.
If you are not fond of the new bosses introduced in WoW 5.3 or just want to go back and fight some old ones, you can buy cards that will allow you to do so off of an NPC named Card Trader Ami.
There are two new rewards to be earned by gaining ranks this time around. The first is at rank 9: you will gain another invite to give out to the Brawler’s Guild. At rank 10, you are allowed to buy a 1.2k mount called the Brawler’s Burly Mushan Beast.
There is a new VIP area for those that have attained rank 8 or higher. For the Horde, this will be a zeppelin that floats around. For the Alliance, it will be a balcony.
In order for spectators to get a better view of the fight, totems and consoles have been added for players to view from. Furthermore, for Alliance participants, the floor has been lowered in order to improve the view.
I’m wondering if this is the last of the new content before Blizzard releases World of Warcraft patch 5.3 or if we have a few more bits and pieces to squeeze out of them before then.
